Waited 2 hours for a burger on a Friday will never come here again understaffed poor management poor service mediocre food farm to table it felt I waited for the animal to be slaughtered before I was fed I’m a chef this is unacceptable . The burger deep fried itself was dry. The outer crust was like chewy tough leather. And the meat had fat chunks in the first bite I took. It was ok at best not worth the $ though. Vinegar pickled slaw not good way too much acidity. Mushy over fried sweet potato fries not good. Maybe it could have been better if it hadn’t sat in the kitchen for about 2 hours. Hire new management or close this place it’s a horrible experience. Also my mother’s salad was the last thing to come to the table two hours after we sat it was closing time almost 8 oclock and she’s just getting a plate of salad. She also ordered the soup of the day and that came in 45 minutes but was corn and tomato soup not the soup she ordered ???? Waitress said sorry we’re all out of that. Hmmm comp the soup maybe? Or offer something else (POOR SERVER TRAINING)! The people paying your bills won’t come back ! You’ve definitely lost any future business from me and shame on Brick for backing such a lousy establishment. Taste quality > Go to CHILIS the burgers are better and half the price and your fries won’t be mushy from sitting in the kitchen for 2 hours. What a joke ! O and the to go container was my fathers who was so tired of waiting that he packed up his food and left as soon as it came! Thanks for a horrific experience!

My husband and I had dinner at Ottoburger last night, and every aspect of our experience was a 10/10. My husband got the Korzo burger on the signature fried langos bun (which was our waitress’ recommendation) and said it was the best burger he has ever had. I am gluten free and was incredibly impressed with my double brook burger on their homemade gluten free bun. Both the regular fries and sweet potato fries were also amazing. Additionally, we loved the simplicity of the local wine selections and enjoyed our bottle of Pinot Grigio with dinner. A few other things to note: The restaurant is large, clean, and has a really cool retro vibe inside.. also nice to have the option to eat outside. Our favorite part of this restaurant is the concept it is founded on -- real, local, farm-to-table food. Thank you Maria and Otto! We can’t wait to come back and can’t wait to continue to promote Ottoburger to our friends and family.

Friday nite dinner at what is now called Hopewell Farmer's Cafe. Great space with a cool retro vibe. We ordered Crispy Chicken Schnitzel and a Lamb Burger with Tatziki sauce. The food is locally sources and freshly prepared. All was delicious but our only suggestions would be as follows: the green beans were quite hard/undercooked and the Tatziki sauce in the burger was rather bland. There was seemingly no dill or mint (which is traditional) and the cucumbers were separate chunky pieces that were not incorporated into the Tatziki. Also, my preference for the purple onions would have been either to caramelize then or add the onions to the Tatziki sauce in much thinner pieces. As they were, they were very thick, uncooked pieces. Not my preference Mashed potatoes and broiled beets were delicious as wer the sweet potato fries and the crispy chicken. All in all very good and would try again.

I don't normally take the time to write a review for a restaurant (even when I say I will), but Otto Burger REALLY deserves it. My friend and I stopped in there today while we were in the area. We were walking around remarking on how everything was closed when a local pointed us to Otto Burger.

The atmosphere is fun. It's big, open, airy, and, most importantly, retro as all hell.

The servers were all polite, friendly, and very competent. I didn't catch the name of ours, but she specifically told me she didn't like chocolate cake and we had a laugh when I judged her for it (all in good fun). She was very helpful, and made us feel really welcome.

The food though...good GODS it was tasty. We had the Haluski mac and cheese to start, and the bacon was so crispy, and the spaetzle were suuuuper tender. I got the Korzo and my friend got the Turk. I get mine well done (I know, sacrilege to a lot of you) and even then it was still juicy and tender. The bacon was a little floppy, admittedly, but I have a feeling that was the exception and not the norm. The Turk was too die for. The burger was juicy, the berry gastrique added a really nice pop of flavor and texture, and the cheese gave it a great kick. The rolls were fresh and soft, and the fries were fried perfectly and well salted.

We also grabbed a donut and some ice cream for dessert. The donut was weird, but not in a bad way. Imagine a very thick donut shaped funnel cake, and that was the texture. Springy, and very tasty. The ice cream was made with local milk and such, and was really good. I'm not normally a chocolate ice cream fan, but I enjoyed the tastes I stole.

All in all, a great experience. We'll definitely be...

Long Review. This is new restaurant in town with unique food that brings a hip presence to Broad Street. We've ordered a few times. It's somewhat pricey for our family ($70 for a family of 3 with a tip), but it's an occasional treat and the food is very good. We had a bad experience with our last order. I ordered ahead of time to pick up after work on a Friday, and set the time 1.5 hours ahead using their online point of sale system. After receiving email confirmation, I noticed that the time was wrong. I immediately tried to call and only received their automated voicemail that didn't have a restaurant name. I called twice and left a message to call me back. The online pos didn't have a quick and effective option to communicate, or change the order once it was placed. I received notice that my order was ready 20 minutes before I could travel to pick it up. When I got the order home, the food was cold and missing items. I called again, and was told by the person at the desk that I should have emailed the owner. I emailed the owner and still haven't receive a response. Gmail as the only digital form of communication on a restaurant website, and a lack of quick messaging in an online P.O.S,. is highly ineffective to quickly fix or add to an order. In summary, the restaurant is a nice addition to Hopewell, but like many new restaurants who are trying to automate their point of sale and go online, there were serious holes in their communication game and interpersonal skills. Small town resident. I probably won't...
