Had the BEST experience ordering a last minute tres leches cake here. We are usually not big cake lovers, but when we do eat cake we eat tres leches. I needed a last minute small cake suitable for 3-4 people. All other bakery’s i called said they only made cakes for like 6-10 people, or that i had to place my order days in advance. Also the price ranges i was getting was like $25-$40 for a cake that would have been too big for our liking. I called La Bamba, explained to them what i needed they said they could do a 6 in cake ready for pick up the SAME day for ONLY $15! Was so excited to find out a Mexican bakery in Hopkins. Don't just go by the size of the store for they have a decent selection of bakery and grocery items. Even if you dont need Mexican grocery, they have some common staples like tomatoes, onions, cheeses and cilantro for very inexpensive prices.
