Subway — Restaurant in Minnetonka

So first of all I’ve come here before and I was served black olives with HUGE seeds in them. I could have easily broke a tooth the seeds were so hard. Now I come back ( and watched very close making sure their was no seeds in the olives) in again and the man I ordered from was clearly irritated which was fine but when I left he was staring at me like he had no common sense. Usually I flinch at people with staring problems or I stare back but I didn’t have energy for that today. THEN while almost done with my sandwich I notice a hair BAKED into the bread and in then noticed there was a thick hair in the sandwich as well!!!!!!! When I saw The hair that was in the sandwich I threw it all away. I came back and decided I should post pictures. The thick hair in the sandwich I couldn’t find again. But the ones baked in I just ripped from the top of the bread for the pictures. I feel like the man put his hair in the sandwich on purpose and I’m glad I saw it before biting the last bit of it. I asked for two different 6" toasted subs: Turkey on white and ham on jalapeno.. David made them and put the wrong meat on the bread, so I ended up with Jalapeno bread instead of white bread. I went and bought a different sub and asked the employee to make sure it was made correctly as i could not eat the last one made for me. I was not offered it as a replacement. I paid full price for the 2nd sub. I bought sub meals for my husband & myself, 2 adult granddaughters, 2 adult grandsons, 2 teen granddaughters and 3 great grand children. When we asked about cookies, we were told it would be 45 minutes as there were none. When a small family came in after us and asked for cookies, they were told the cookies would be put om right way! David was totally disrespectful to all of us and I spent almost $75.00 on food and drinks for my family. One of my granddaughters came and told me while he wad making their food, David kept saying "why do I work here?" It made her feel quite uncomfortable. I usually enjoy Subway very much! This was a VERY big disappointment! I will not recommend this Subway...

Terrible service and incompetence.

The overhead speakers, combined with the lunch rush customers, made it nearly impossible to understand a word the employees were saying. It also didn't help that they had so much junk piled on top of the glass they were talking through solid objects half the time.

I ordered a salad and footlong sub. While I was trying to get the sub made, the person doing the salad WOULD NOT SHUT UP. I'm already having trouble understanding what one person is saying and you're going to talk over them too? Not acceptable.

I had to tell the cashier THREE TIMES what my sub was. I'm not sure if he's deaf or because the overhead speakers were so loud, but either way this is a problem.

When I got home and looked at my sub, there was almost no lettuce or onions, and no spinach. Thank you for not shutting up about the salad so I couldn't pay attention to what the other incompetent was screwing up. Really, I appreciate it.
