Very friendly employees and speedy service.⬅️ review made after 1st few visits.. {Fast-forward 6 years; DAILY visits} I still ADORE these folks (especially Tanner, he's the best! Lol) And they are friendly but I will have to say in the last year or so I have noticed a HUGE increase of out of items at this particular location. In the passed year I e been to Starbucks in Michigan, Tennessee, little further away in KY and I've NEVER been told out of caramel drizzle except for here. And it's a WEEKLY occurrence. You would think they'd be able to gauge the demand with what to order but seems one of the most popular items used in their drinks is ALWAYS out😔 ORDER MORE CARAMEL DRIZZLE PLEASE for goodness sakes🙏 😓I literally pack my own from home every morning bc more than likely they are out. Again it isn't a Starbucks issue been to tons, never been told sorry out of drizzle. But man I wish it would get fixed here at the Hopkinsville location. And maybe a 2nd location on other side of town so that the drive thru line doesn't cause a wreck right there at that light and Parkway exits and all that. 🤯 just a thought. Love y'all. UPDATE: Fastforward a few years, problems are solved. The parking and entry/exits could use an update or possibly just an addition but other than that, this is as close to perfection as an establishment can get. And as far as where it's located, as in the city of Hopkinsville, they HANDS DOWN have the most polite and hard working employees you will find here. Absolutely one of my favorite places to visit. And I visit often😉 Keep up the...
Read moreI have come to this location every day that I work for almost 2 years and honestly I adore majority of the baristas that work here! There is one male that seems like he is in a pissy mood every time he makes my drinks and it truly starts my work night off on the wrong foot every time I have to deal with him. I don’t know if it’s because I order at minimum 4 drinks to make it thru my 12 hour shifts or if it’s because I customize my drinks a bit more than most people do but I have never given him a reason to make me feel like I’m a bother or an inconvenience to him. If you ever go to this location and have to deal with the short guy with long-ish hair and he makes you feel as if you’re unwelcome, you’re not alone. But common sense says if you’re going to work in customer service, you should have a good attitude. This isn’t just a one off thing either, it’s every single time I have to deal with him. I say thank you and get ignored. I tell him to have a good night and I’m lucky to receive a grunt in response.. do better. If you hate customer service so bad maybe you should get a job somewhere else. I don’t drive an extra 40 minutes before work to be made to...
Read moreHad a bad experience at the Hopkinsville, KY Starbucks today. I ordered 3 items: a warmed blueberry scone, a regular coffee with sweetener and cream, and a medium decaf iced coffee with sugar free vanilla syrup. Simple. When I asked after I ordered to make sure the iced coffee was decaf, I was told the don't have decaf coffee but could do a decaf Americano. I said ok. I paid. It was busy but I received the warm scone right away. Then I waited 20 minutes and then asked about my order. The barista said I was next, but I only received one drink and did not receive the regular coffee. When Iasked about it I was told there was no ticket for it, so I went back to the person who placed the order. She argued with me that was not what I ordered. I was informed the iced coffee I had was not decaf. I repeated my drink order about 10 times and when I received my 2 drinks it was still not right. Not going back to that Starbucks again. Every time I go they forget the regular coffee. How difficult is that? The other coffee I received was a decaf Americano, but with sweetener and cream. No sugar free syrup and not...
