Ace of Clubs Tavern — Restaurant in Hoquiam

The Ace of Clubs is a great place to go hang out, and meet fun and friendly people. The kind of people that greeted my wife, and I with smiles, and a few them good old greetings head nods. We felt very welcomed in. The Ace was well light up, the music was at a perfect level so one could enjoy some good social relations over a round of ice cold beers with out having to shout at one a nother, or not hear parts of the conversation. But hands down the best part of our evening came from the excellent service from the Barkeeper. She never stopped smiling and some how she was able to work the hole bar with a quickness that kept the almost empty glasses and beer bottle ready to be changed out with a fresh one. He'll I think i even had seen a coffee mug on one table. That I'm betting who ever was using it never seen the empty bottom the hole time they where there. LOL! The Ace of Clubs is the place to be! According to the Hoquiam Police Department, officers arrived at the Ace of Clubs Tavern in the 2600 block of Simpson Avenue around 9:05 p.m. They found a 58-year-old man in the back parking lot with at least one gunshot wound. "Despite the best efforts of paramedics, the subject was pronounced dead at the scene," police said, adding there is no threat to the public.

What a great place! Love the vibe, service and people in general here. There are 2 pool tables and a shuffleboard. No food is served here but there’s Domino’s right next to this place that you can get and eat here. There’s no hard drinks, only beers are served here.
