Wow, what a way to make an impression on a first time customer! This place ignores PAYING CUSTOMERS!!!! I will warn everyone I know to not to come here. I ordered my food at 6:40 pm and paid, they said it would be 40 minutes. Okay, that's fine. That's no problem. I can come back.

I came back in 40 minutes, my food wasn't ready. Okay. That's fine, I can take a little bit of inconvenience. I'll wait a little bit. I ended up waiting 25 minutes in their parking lot after being asked to move from the drive thru. A car behind me also had to wait for their food after they drove up but then, after 20 minutes of waiting, the car behind me got their order before mine! I didn't order anything complicated, just a bacon cheese burger, fried rice and an egg roll. These are short order items, they don't take long to cook. After seeing the person behind me get their order before me, I left without getting my food because I knew that they had no regard for my business, I also requesting my money back via my bank.

If this place is so busy, they shouldn't be taking order past a certain time, or maybe not wait until the customer comes back to start cooking things.

So this isn't a review about their food, since I guess only certain customers...

Friendly, fast, fresh excellent customer service and great prices. The drive thru is pretty cool too! The seating area is always clean. (Bathrooms included) It gets a bit chilly during the winter so they set up heaters for us. The food is excellent, this time we got the shrimp spring rolls (2) , gyoza's, and steak and meatball pho. Spring rolls are bigger then the length of you length hand!(most places the spring rolls are narrow and small) The spring rolls had a nice snap to it. (you know it's fresh when it snaps back) Pho was perfect for the chilly weather, the broth was fragrant and rich, steak was cut to perfection and meat balls made it more filling. The pho is severe in a human head sized bowl 🍜! Gyoza's we're like any other gyoza still good lol. I always have an all around great experience here. Great prices as well. For 2 steak and meatball pho's, gyoza's, & shrimp spring rolls came to under $30! Not bad when you bring back left overs of pho that filled my 2 teen girls up at home. And my friend brought the rest of hers to her teenage daughter. So technically it fed 5 people for under $30! Definitely our go to...

The food we got was actually pretty good. We missed an item we ordered upon arriving home. We went back to make sure, if our “server,” who was a child, missed it or if we were charged for something we didn’t receive. We are both in the restaurant industry so either way no biggie, but didn’t want to be charged for something we didn’t get.

The lady, assuming the child’s mom, berated the poor girl in front of us for her mistake, that it was the 5th time today and was going to “leave her at home” if this kept happening. The child was afraid to speak at first and I understand now why.

The lady said if something was wrong she would have to credit us because her boss was gone. So clearly not the owner. As a food and beverage/hospitality veteran that’s not ok. But she’s a child, maybe 10 years old, which is extra not ok. Food isn’t good enough to support this type of treatment for someone who probably isn’t even of legal age to work there. Let alone embarrass her in front of other adults while she sat on her behind and watched the kid work.

Not quite sure what’s happening here? Again, food ok. Everything else?...

Everything here is so good. The menu has been updated and really has a lot of variety! Korean, Vietnamese, Teriyaki, sushi, Chinese, some Thai, and even hamburgers. The pho is what originally brought me back and the egg rolls. And lately, I really like the bulgolgi bap bowl. I am slowly working my way through the variety. The phad Thai was yum, sweet and savory, just enough spice for **spice. Today, I tried the spicy pork bap bowl and the general tsao chicken. General tsao has always been my Chinese go-to but haven't been able to find a very good one anywhere here on the Harbor. But can say that I have now found the best place on the Harbor to get it! It was almost perfect... Sauce yummy, sweet and spicy and not overpowering, fried chicken was still crunchy and piping hot when I got home. It's a bit pricey but the portions are huge and I have left overs for days! Also, they can get a bit busy, but they will actually call you back if they missed your call! Haven't had anything here we didn't like!

SPEED BOWLS ??? Oh come on,.. took a bunch of Minutes Getting My SPECIAL ORDER 😋 Our first time here. Our being my Buddy 🦮 and me. And we asked for something not on the Teriyaki menu. And they had the time,.. to Say Yes. A good couple portions with some Lettuce type salad as a side. Not that Boiled Cabbage stuff every other Teriyaki Place is trying to Dispose Of 🤮 I said I'll be back if I liked it. ...hmmm, wonder if they're open now 😋... I DO like the negative commentors. One (2star) saying their order was "Mistakenly" given to another. BUT IT WAS TASTY THOUGH, as the last sentence. Precious. And that (1star) comment from someone that just moved here. Blah blah blah,.. then they said "It's the Best" here so far since they moved. Who Knew Colorado was a teriyaki mecca 😁 It's Good Stuff.

This place is awesome especially for vegans and vegetarians in the area. They have an entire vegetarian menu with tons of vegan options. We've dined in and had to go and the service is always fast, and the staff is friendly and accomodating! We've loved the Hot and Spicy tofu teriyaki, sweet and sour tofu, general Tso's tofu, spring rolls, and vegetarian fried rice! It's our new go to place in Aberdeen! Their portions are huge and will last you several meals! I love that their vegetarian options are clearly labeled and all delicious! I highly recommend this place especially if you are a vegan or vegetarian in the area!
