Pizza is great. Servers are courteous. BUT We just wish that the cooks or whoever handles takeout would look over the pizza to make sure that it is made the way the customer orders it. We have tried ordering extra pepperoni and extra cheese multiple times through Uber eats. Specifically- for first few times we tried on Uber eats by just adding the "add pepperoni" on the already pepperoni pizza (which charges extra) and they don't add in the extra we paid for. This time around, we CALLED in directly and requested and paid for extra cheese and pepperoni (addition to malady) to see if that would change things. And again they did not add in the extra cheese that we asked in our New Mexico pizza and they completely ignored our request for pepperoni in our Malady pizza. 10/24/25 Went in there's a 10 dollar lunch special. I asked if a certain type of sauce qualifies with no extra charge and if the toppings I chose also qualified in special. Waitress said yes. All of a sudden I'm getting double charged for so called premium meats. Now I didn't see the other meat that I asked for on receipt so why was the so called premium meats put twice on my topping list? Also I had missing ingredients in my salad I was gonna let that go but once the manager doubled down on her meat charged and told me that's what they do. I told her that's fine let them charge me for something I asked about prior to ordering and the waitress paid the extra charge with the tip I was gonna give her. The pizza was good, service was not great (once we were served, waitress did not come back to check on us for at least 30 min), the patio was dirty. We sat out in the patio and there were a lot of flies. At first I thought it’s just the weather in El Paso, but then we noticed that tables were not clean around us and workers do not sweep. It wasn’t busy and a lot of the workers were just standing around inside instead of making themselves useful. We also walked towards their mini golf and cornhole area, only to find that the area back there is gross and the trash is all over the place. They really need to seal their trash bags and make sure the dumpster is closed. I will not go here again. I don’t trust the employees clean the kitchen.
