I ordered a couple of pizzas online and was shocked that the order wouldn't be ready for 40 minutes but ok ,no biggie . When I pulled up there were 5 cars in line in front of me the woman scolded me through the speaker for being 5 minutes early . I figured by the time I get to window it would be after the "ready" time . When I get to the window the woman had a bad attitude , telling me they can't find my order and that I had done something online to clear it . (I don't know what that would be but ok) I showed them my confirmation , the woman seemed upset with me like it was my fault they lost / didn't make my order . She has me pull around brings me out the pizza I say thank you she just turns her back on me and walks away... Sir I've ordered these for my children twice and never have they been as hard as old cornbread, with burnt cinnamon on the side. His attitude was terrible. He threw his hands in the air as if he did not care at all that a coworker had served this old dish. Then as I'm driving off he throws his hands up again as if he was saying whatever. Read moreI have to be honest, I will not return to this location. I understand young people may want/need to work. I'm not against that however they need more structure. Any location where there are too many teenagers and a super relaxed supervisor it will be chaos. It was the final straw, I went in and there were about 8 young people playing in the back, some were in the front scrubbing and cleaning using water that was murky grey. The didn't change the water and continued to smear that contaminated towel over all the surfaces. I asked, " are you all prepping for inspection?" The young lady said "yeah" I have NEVER understood why people are given a heads up on preparing. It defeats the purpose.
