Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Horn Lake

I ordered a couple of pizzas online and was shocked that the order wouldn't be ready for 40 minutes but ok ,no biggie . When I pulled up there were 5 cars in line in front of me the woman scolded me through the speaker for being 5 minutes early . I figured by the time I get to window it would be after the "ready" time . When I get to the window the woman had a bad attitude , telling me they can't find my order and that I had done something online to clear it . (I don't know what that would be but ok) I showed them my confirmation , the woman seemed upset with me like it was my fault they lost / didn't make my order . She has me pull around brings me out the pizza I say thank you she just turns her back on me and walks away... I get home my thin crust light sauce pizza is swimming in sauce and is stuck to the lid of the box , my stuffed crust pizza is raw and doughy. It was very disappointing . Terrible!!! Brick hard cinnamon bites. After I made it all the way home.....I take them back and the manager Jim ,Jeff or whatever his name is that worked 3/6/18 around 5-5:30 p.m. was very rude. I asked several employees what was his name and their reply was ai don't know this is my first time seeing him.🤦 Then Jim,Jeff tells me that's how it's suppose to be. I said brick hard!! Sir I've ordered these for my children twice and never have they been as hard as old cornbread, with burnt cinnamon on the side. His attitude was terrible. He threw his hands in the air as if he did not care at all that a coworker had served this old dish. Then as I'm driving off he throws his hands up again as if he was saying whatever. He clearly needs to be trained on customer service because this was not professional at all. Someone needs to time the food and dispose of it when it gets old like normal...

I have to be honest, I will not return to this location. I understand young people may want/need to work. I'm not against that however they need more structure. Any location where there are too many teenagers and a super relaxed supervisor it will be chaos. It was the final straw, I went in and there were about 8 young people playing in the back, some were in the front scrubbing and cleaning using water that was murky grey. The didn't change the water and continued to smear that contaminated towel over all the surfaces. I asked, " are you all prepping for inspection?" The young lady said "yeah" I have NEVER understood why people are given a heads up on preparing. It defeats the purpose. They play in the back around your food, touch everything and handle food it's just a mess. I didn't feel comfortable speaking to the MGR because clearly he's incompetent. He was there and...
