We were visiting from out of town and tried based on the reviews. The hibiscus tea literally tasted like cherry kool-aid that they purchased across the street at HEB, and my fiancees' coffee tasted watered down. I gave 2 stars because our drinks were not good, to say the least. However, I can't speak on the service or personal as my fiancee went in while I waited in the car. We wouldn't go back based on our drinks. It's possible they were just having a bad day but our experience was not great.
