The Pizza Box — Restaurant in Horseshoe Bay

I ordered two pizzas for pickup yesterday. The girl on the phone was super friendly when I called as well as when I arrived in the restaurant. My order was ready quickly and one of the guys making the pizzas in the back actually brought it out to me instead of just setting it on the counter even though it was a to-go order - very cool. We got the large chicken bacon alfredo and an extra large pepperoni and both were absolutely delicious. They had a really great crispy-outside-but-soft-inside crust and the perfect ratio of cheese to sauce to topping. And this doesn’t have anything to do with their pizza, but they have a really big and really cool collection of action figures on their counter that I enjoyed checking out while I waited for my food. I have been a customer for a long time this is the worst order I have ever made they did not bring me the correct food and when I called them to fix it I was berated by who somebody said was the owner I don't see an owner of any business treating any customer like that let alone a very good customer y'all usually make a few hundred dollars off of me a month you need to treat your customers better they even refused a picture of the food to prove what I was saying was right shameful I wouldn't even take the credit I would never...

We had ordered from them a year ago or so and this order was not satisfactory. Due to the oven being out at our regular place we decided to give Pizza Box another try. The hit wings are terrible more like frozen kids pizza bites. And the pizza taste rubbery card board box like. I hate that this experience was like this but we are not satisfied at all. I hate even more that I feel like I need to leave this kind of a review. We will not be using Pizza Box again anytime...
