Edited: The owner made it right. I really appreciate the time taken to rectify the situation. It wasn't a great experience but the attention given to the issue has made me want to return! Thanks for wanting to make it better and offering multiple options for success

The last 3 times I've gone it's just been BAD. I gave it a chance cause things happen but no. It's just bad. Today, the system was down and I asked if it were possible to get a large being only $2 short. He wasn't taking notes on any transactions. Wasn't keeping a ledger and was verbally explaining the menu so the price difference didn't seem to matter. Just for the inconvenience of me not having cash and the customer satisfaction would've been an incentive as well.

The smoothie was poorly blended, tasteless and chunky. I returned to the store and poliety asked for a refund and he insisted he'd be fired if he did that. ( I drank less than a quarter of the cup ) He provided a same quality remake, no refund. so here I am, still hungry and very disappointed in this establishment.

10/24- Today, Sonnie (owner's husband) made our smoothies. After my review, the owner reached out to me to fix my smoothie and offered a refund. They were so kind and responsive! They wanted to make it right! Thank you! Delicious!

This is the third time that I went to get a smoothie because I wanted to give it a chance. Every time I went there, there is no one present at the counter. They are typically in the back. This is the second time that I ordered a smoothie online to be ready ahead of time. Both times the smoothie was not ready, and I was informed that the system takes some time for it to process and show up. They had to look for it on the iPad. The hours this location is open is so random. I've been to this location several times and each time it's rare that they are open when they are supposed to be. The staff are nice enough. However I've called several times to confirm if they are open before going and was hung up on every time I called. I go out of my way to go to Smoothie King in Jenkintown, Bites and Blend in Dresher, or Playa Bowl in Warrington from now on.
