We had a great experience at the local Horsham Verizon store. Both my boyfriend and I went in originally to get information on the different phones. Both people gave us really useful information that helped us decide what to do. The technology guy (unfortunately I don't remember his name) gave us his take on our concerns around security. Justin Jordan helped us out by saving us money on our plans. He was able to reduce our monthly costs.
Our second visit was to get the phones! We went in on Saturday at 7 (the store closes at 8). Justin was the only one working and not only did he spend over an hour with the individuals before us, but he gave us 2 hours of his time that night. He made sure we got exactly what we needed. Despite the late hour and the fact that he was covering full shifts for at least a full week on his own (sick co workers!), he was the nicest guy. Not only that, but he follow-up with me the next day to let me know there was a promo I could take advantage of.

There were 5 separate customers in the store and while he actively was helping several customers purchasing cell phones, he also acknowledged others who entered the store, asked them about their situation, and provided them with a wait time. He was all by himself in the store, but seamlessly set up all cell phones and kept all customers engaged. Nick set me up with a new cell phone as quickly as possible - to say he knows his stuff is an understatement as he floated between setting up my android and 2 other customers' iPhones. I dropped my old cell phone off yesterday, as I knew he was working that day. He was hustling to unpack inventory in between lulls of customers entering the store. Read moreTotally sucks - went to upgrade a phone for my daughter who lives in another city. First time I used a store (contractor), wow they suck - did I say this? I told them I did not want to activate her phone, they did and my daughters ablitliy to make a phone call shut off - for a day now. Oh they did say restart the phone - ha - Verizon tech is now involved, the reality is I will be driving the phone to NYC today to give the new phone to my daughter - do not use this store - they suck and they will be getting a bill for my time for today - yeah I will cut them a break and only charge them half of my hourly rate plus milage, plus tolls.
