Burger King — Restaurant in Hot Springs

I hate to leave a bad review, but I've got no choice. We've eaten here multiple times, and EVERY SINGLE TIME they forget something with my order. I always use the app and they confirm my items at the first window, but they are never busy when i go to the drive thru and always screw up something. This last time, we caught them 30 minutes before closing. Ordered 2 whoppers, 4 cheeseburgers, 4 chicken fries, 2 regular fries,1 drink. The guy asked me to pull up because the fries had to be made fresh. He came out 15 minutes later with 3 bags, gave them to me, and said have a nice night. I said, "Hey sir, I didnt get my drink." He asked what it was, then goes to get it. We get home to find 1 whopper, 3 burgers, 2 chicken fries, and 2 small fries. Had 4 kids awkwardly splitting meals and my wife and I just went without. Sat in drive thru 20 minutes. There were three cars ahead of me and backed up behind me as far as the eye could see. I couldn't leave, which is what i wanted to do because there was trees and landscaping on my right. I started calling their store after I had sat there 10 minutes without moving. I got a busy signal and for at least an hour after that the line was still buay. FINALLY the van behind me backed up a little and was able to leave and of course i did the same along with two more cars behind us. Pathetic just pathetic! And the phone was taken off the hook so you couldn't even call and say hey I am stuck in ypur drive what is going on. It was the Burger King in Hot Springs on Airport Road. We usually don’t come to this location because of the rate of orders that are wrong. But tonight on July 15th, 9:28 pm; we had to make a quick stop for dinner. We decided to give this location another try. All we ordered was 2 large drinks, a bacon melt with no onions, and a classic crispy chicken wrap no tomato’s and no sauce. They usually mess up the wrap so we checked before we left and as usual, sauce. We went back around and they helped us out. But I should have checked my burger as well because when I got home, onions. There was only 3 cars in the drive thru including us and the lobby was closed. All we got was 2 items and they were both wrong?? How? I have worked in fast food recently in the past few years and can say that that is ridiculous.
