Important, they have a la carte entrees besides a buffet (for those who don't like buffets) which are quite good, very low priced with a large quantity and you just pay for what you eat and because of that gave it a little higher rating, important as many people would avoid a buffet or go with someone who may not like them, you can get a buffet and they can order a la carte. It also has a more classy interior, look at the beautifully etched glass by some of the booths.

Most buffets don't have the best quality food simply because they are not cooked fresh, but there is a lot of variety here (for those who don't like Chinese food they have pizza and garlic bread), simple sushi rolls (not the more expensive kind that has sashimi fish on rice, ) fresh salads and of course because you can eat all you want, it's a good value. They have a Mongolian wok where you hand a bunch of raw meats and vegetables to a cook on a large round grill (although no cook seem to be present,) NOT a hibachi which is a grill you put in the middle of a table and cook yourself. I would stick to the more expensive offerings of seafood and skip the greasier deep fried food and oversalted spare ribs.

As for the negative reviews they were written years ago, and the more positive reviews were written recently. The hostesses at the front desk, are from the southern district of China, so they're not rude but not the friendliest, but the wait staff is very nice, clearing plates and filling drinks in a timely manner (leave them at...

Always enjoy their many options of different types of foods to choose off the buffet, as well as the salad and dessert bar. You can even pick out your own choices from their raw foods and they'll cook them right there in front of you on the grill with your own choice of seasoning and sauces. Right down from the grill they have several choices of sushi you may enjoy as well. And don't forget the eggdrop & wonton soup on the back row where you'll also find the sweet-n-sour chicken, the sweet-n-sour sauce, fried chicken wings, and "WELL" yall just go and visit my friends there to eat lunch or dinner. I'm sure that if you've NEVER eaten there before, you definitely will become what I call; a remembered returning guest. Cause my friends that own and run this great establishment with some of the best tasting food with many different types of selections to choose from the buffet alone : you still may have the option to order from a menu if you should wish to. Their menu is only given to those whom ask for them though, cause most everyone chooses to eat from the buffet. But I have been known to go in and see someone "now and then" ordering from the menu. I give this restaurant 5 stars, love the food, atmosphere, and we've never had any problems with the one who's taking care of our drinks and keeping the empty plates off the table out of our ways. 100% happy...

UNBELIEVABLE! I recently took my two daughter, mother, friend and her son to World Buffet while on vacation. The site advertises crab legs. No Crab legs. We all got our food and sat down. Salad was great! However there was something that tasted horrible in the rice. I immediately looked at my friend who already said something was wrong. I can't tell you what the food was contaminated with but at that point everyone in my party was sick to there stomach. I asked for a manager and after about 10 min of waiting, I decided to leave. As we approached the door, we were surrounded by employees.. They told us we had to stay until management came. Finally she came out and I explained the situation. This lady had the nerve to tell me that I we were wrong and I had to pay for the food. I said, I will pay for the drinks and that is all. She then picked up the phone and said she would call the police. I said get on it. Now my mother jumped in and wanted to calm things down. She asked what it would take to settle this without anymore embarrassment. The manager offered 20 % off. LOL I walked out at that point. Her and several employees chased me out the door yelling " call the officer". SMH. Mom...
