I feel very bad writing this negative review. That being said this must be done. We ate here last evening and unfortunately the service and food left a lot to be desired. Our table was dirty and cleaned in an off hand manner when we arrived, left wet after with no attempt to dry the table made. Within the first 10 minutes of arrival there was an argument between the staff and a table of patrons about their food and the service they had received. We at first thought this was just an anomaly. Then we told our waitress that the chips were greasy and she replied, "they are pre-cooked". That has nothing to do with our complaint of the chips coming out greasy. Next our entrees arrived and my partner's salmon was overcooked with the underside black and burned but turned over to look presentable. When my entree arrived which, was the smokehouse trio, the brisket quesadilla was overcooked as well and looked as if no care had been given to its construction. The waitress apologized and stated that several people had called off and that they had an autistic cook that could only do one dish at a time. I was actually very embarrassed to hear that anyone working at an establishment would throw another team member under the bus in this way. When we complained about my partner's food, the waitress immediately asked if we wanted to speak a manager even though that was not what we had asked for. The manager apologized profusely for the service we had received and comped my partner's meal. While I wasn't happy about my own meal I decided not to make it a big deal and just pay for my own meal. If you have read this far into the review, my main point is please avoid this Chili's location. This review is not an indictment against the franchise as a whole but rather this location. I'm sure that on occasion people have a good time, but this is my experience from a Friday...
Read moreWe visited on a Sunday around 6:30pm. We almost didn't go at all because it is rated 3.9 stars, on google. Im glad we gave it a try. Service Staff was very friendly. Although the host was not aware of the "kids eat free" sign they had up front, she asked her manager, to confirm for us. Our server was also the bartender, but she was attentive and nice. She noticed my husband watching a game, on the TV, and apologized because she had to change it to a current game. She also let us know they couldnt put on a certain game because they didn't have the PPV channel. Food Our drinks were brought out soon after we ordered them. Our food didn't take long either. We were in and out, of the restaurant, within an hour. My family ate their entire meals, except for me; and not because it wasnt good but because it was too much, but my daughter finished it up. 3 of us got burgers and 1 got the mac n cheese. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, especially seeing that Chili's is lower-rated than some other restaurants where the food has been subpar. Atmosphere The restaurant was clean and not very busy, therefore not loud. They have several TVs near the bar, showing games. Cost Kid meals are less than $6, which got deducted because of the kids eat free sign. I got the "3 for Me" which started at $10.99. It included a fountain drink, a side (i got a soup), and the entree. Overall, I would recommend Chili's to anyone looking for good service and a good meal, at a decent price. The current google rating of 3.9 stars is inaccurate, at least...
Read moreNot a very good experience. Got in the restaurant 8:37 pm and was seated promptly. Server was attentive and took our order right away, that's about the only positives I can say about this visit. Server apologized for food tracking long to come out. Luckily our 2yr old's food came out first which was a kids pepperoni pizza with mandarin orange slices and broccoli. The pizza and orange slices came out and was told the broccoli was coming later. Our entrees which were the margarita chicken, black beans and asparagus, which we ordered the exact same thing came about 9:23 pm. But to our dismay her chicken was not even cooked all the way (still mushy and pink) and the beans were cold. We advised our sever of the situation and she took the undercooked plate back to the kitchen. At this point we were a bit frustrated and decided not to stay any longer. I asked for a to go plate because I didn't even touch my food. After all this, the kid order of broccoli still hadn't arrived at the table. We were not charged for the kids meal or her entree so I guess that was a bit of restitution, but it was disheartening to know that they would serve something that could cause salmonella poisoning. The restuarant was limited capacity due to covid restrictions so I'm not sure why the delay in food being brought to customers. The server was very cordial and understanding, but the kitchen staff needs...
