“I had an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience at this Chick-fil-A location 6840 sam Houston parkway S Houston, TX 77072 I arrived well before 10:30 AM and placed my breakfast order, only to wait in line for 18 minutes. During this time, multiple cars cut ahead of me in the second line, adding to the delay. When I finally reached the window, the manager informed me that my order had been canceled and refunded because it was now past 10:30 AM, and breakfast was no longer being served.
I explained that I had paid and had been waiting since before 10:30, so my order should have been honored. However, instead of resolving the issue, the manager became rude and dismissive, telling me to leave. He even threatened to call the police and began recording me without my consent, despite me remaining calm and respectful the entire time. I returned his phone after asking him to delete the video, but his behavior continued to be unprofessional and disrespectful.
The situation left me extremely upset. My heart was pounding so fast, and I felt so unwell that I couldn’t drive. I had to sit outside the store for 20 minutes to calm down before I could safely get to my car.
Additionally, there were other frustrated customers at the front door of the store because the manager had locked the doors and wouldn’t let anyone inside. They, too, were trying to file complaints but were met with the same rude and dismissive behavior.

Read moreI was in there today and made 2 separate orders, both containing orders for the fish sandwich. When I returned with the orders for my co workers and I, we noticed we were missing one fish sandwich. I returned a few minuets later receipt in hand and talked to the person behind the counter. they gave the same sandwich that was forgotten in my order that had already been sitting there since I left. I politely asked if i could get a fresh one after i heard both the counter girl and the lady in the kitchen talking snd saying"what do you need this on for?" and the lady in the kitchen replying "its the same one that was forgotten in an order a bit ago" after a man in a red shirt took it I thought i would be given a fresh sandwich. I was then given the same cold sandwich 45 seconds later Upon returning to my office i noticed that the sandwiches do not have any lettuce or cheese or anything i the description. This is the first time this has ever happened at this location. In fact this is the first time this has happened to me at any Chic-Fil-. I'm Typing this while I have now been on the phone for 7 minutes on hold waiting for the Distinct Managers number....i finally hung up just now...
