Had a moment where two days ago I didn’t get my two fries in my two meals and I only noticed once I got to the game room. Went back up to let them know they forgot the fries and as the worker at the counter let the other worker bagging food that she forgot the fries, she started to yell, curse and deny that she forgot the fries and claimed that one of her coworkers saw her put it in the bag. Gladly would’ve bet money to check the cameras and see when the fries were out in the bag just for them to suddenly vanish. It’s not hard to take accountability and it was just fries, not a whole ass meal. If you’re too sensitive to take accountability for what you did, then don’t bother working anywhere at all. Had another run in today where there were only 6 people waiting before I ordered and once I made my order, there was now over 20 people waiting with the 6 still waiting on their food. 30 minutes go by just to see that they got my order wrong and expect us to be feral animals since they decided to not give any silverware for the two bowls they put in the bag. Fast food isn’t the best place to work, I know that, but holy shit do your job right. It’s an every...
Read moreOmg. I’ve never experienced a location as bad as this one. I don’t care that it’s a college campus. None of the other restaurants are bad with service. So what’s your problem? I ordered a simple sandwich with fries. Not even a drink. And I just waited and waited and waited. While they continued to repeat order numbers of people that act like they can’t hear. I’m here waiting, diligently. I received a text saying that my order is ready. I’m placed my order at 5:23. They didn’t call my name until 5:56. Do the math. That’s 33 minutes of waiting in line. Nevermind the other customers that were there before me. And don’t get me started on the attitude of the workers. Apparently, it’s contagious because they got attitudes. We got attitudes, but our attitudes are justified. This is the worse location I have ever been to. Customers also had mobile orders and came up straight to the counter and their order still wasn’t ready. It’s very sad. We’re just Poor, broke, hungry college students. We already have to deal with the life of school and now….(sighs heavily) it’s just too much. And do I see them fixing this issue? No, because the reviews just keep rolling...
Read moreNot sure which genius changed the order call out design, but they don't have any common sense and probably can't understand the stupidity of calling orders by name when it is super crowded.
I waited 40 minutes just to find out someone else with my name, they always try to shorten your name to ~3 letters, took my order. No apologies, and from what I heard in line this was a problem for multiple people. I can't understand how the manager lacked the foresight to see this problem when they have so much student traffic, and names can be very common.
Go back to the number system, at least those don't repeat. I feel bad for the callers since they'll take the brunt of the blame for a stupid management decision. At least the staff working were nice enough to say sorry to me.
The worst part is, probably nothing will change since the UH students get a meal exchange which I would assume funds the Chick-fil-A regardless of the...
