I wasnāt going to leave a review ācus I thought Iād give them the benefit of the doubt... However, I feel like everyone should know how their service is. Last month, it was my first time trying/ eating at chipotle. I was so excited. Itās super close to where I work. I even told my co-workers Iāll get them lunch there too. First we were going to use the app, so itāll be easier, I just need to pick it up. BUT the app donāt work. So I went, I was ordering bowl for 4 people including myself. The app is set-up differently than in-person. They ask you for your meat first then so on. So I kind of being a little slow while ordering cus I wanna be careful and make sure I order the right stuff for everyone. There was only 1 person behind me (whoās not even complaining)..... But the workers there were so impatient & rude. They kept rolling their eyes on me. So much for my first time! I thought maybe somehow it was my fault so okay... I let it slide. Whatever right? But then I went back today. ONLY ordering for myself. There was just a little boy behind me. The lady was literally whispering I could barely hear her. Plus when she talks she wouldnāt look at me. So when I kept asking what, she looked so annoyed with me. So rude! I know itās 5 PM on a sunday, she must be tired. But hey, itās your job. I feel like most of the workers on this location does NOT enjoy their job very much. Iām tired too myself but that is NOT an excuse to give people an attitude.
Itās sad but Iām never going to this location again. I love chipotle and so close to my job. But the people their are just rude and unprofessional.
Please donāt do that to other people & ruin their day just cus youāre...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy daughter bought a bowl at this location around 1:00pm today, a tall man served her. We were all shocked when we saw how little food given by him. The rice and beans can only feed a young kid, about 10 pieces nail size steaks, my daughter usually choose tomato, sour cream, cornļ¼ cheese and lettuce, with all of these toppings, the bottom tray was only 2/3 filled, you can cover the bowl with a wrap and still have space in between the wrap and the food. I know meat cost money, but even for lettuce, he only gave her 6-7 chopped pieces.
I am not sure if this is a new staff or it was the store manager/owner try to save money, but no one will be interested in paying $10 for a bowl like this. You can definitely get more food at subway. My daughter is a normal size teen girl and not starving at that time, but she feels this bowl couldn't be counted as a lunch as she was still hungry after finishing it.
I would like to give only 1 start for this bowl. 3 starts were given only because we usually buy food at this location with satisfactory. This is the second time we had a bowl like this, I remember last time was a tall man as well, not sure if we were served by the same person at that time. We didn't write a review last time as the bowl we previous had was with normal volume rice & beans, and moderate quantity of meat was given. Ā Ā Ā Read moreiāve gone to this location for years but theyāve gone downhill so bad lately. went in to pick up dinner at what would typically be a busy time. there wasnāt a single other customer in the restaurant & about 8 staff members just standing around. nobody greeted me & it took a minute or two standing there awkwardly for someone to serve me. all the protein (beans included) looked congealed & cold, no steam in sight & none of the grills were running. I had to clarify which meat was which because of the color. I usually get steak but the steak was so grey it was unidentifiable. I asked the guy working if there was any fresh steak and he said āthis is pretty much the fresh oneā then clarified āI donāt think he put the sauce on it I think itās on the bottom of the containerā. I asked him to stir it and it was watery & still grey. honestly it looked like a food safety hazard. I ended up getting one of the chicken options, which was bad & ice cold (I started eating 5 minutes after purchasing it). then I got to check out and one of the several staff members standing around doing nothing was audibly & visibly laughing at me. terrible service & food that is going to make someone sick. no excuse for something like this from...
