Montrose Suites — Hotel in Houston

The air conditioning didn't work, the TV control in the common area didn't have a battery and the TV control in the bedroom didn't work (despite having a battery). It's an airbnb, not a hotel. Although the person responsible for the accommodation is very pleasant on the phone, there is no in-person/physical contact or support. The shower isn’t good. Unfortunately, there was a couple staying in room 1 who made me and all the other guests have a horrible experience. They fought 100% of the time I was in the accommodation (stayed 3 days at the place and no one did nothing), they screamed at the top of their lungs, as if they were in a war, they attacked each other, they released the dog (a pitbull) in the common area, preventing all other guests from passing through. They smoked marijuana all the time and listened to extremely loud music. Bad environment. Good location. Good bed. Good...

Unfortunately these rooms are terrible. The beds were hard as a rock! The TV is a Roku but the remote isn’t compatible so we couldn’t watch TV in our room which was a complete bummer. We are staying here for a visit at MD Anderson, too bad we didn’t book one of the suggested places by the hospital because this was truly a terrible experience.

Update response to owner: Booked under Mosby; yes it is memory foam but unfortunately it is not soft or comfortable at all. On a positive note, the location is great and the view from the rooftop is beautiful. Definitely don’t like to say all negative things, will always give credit...

Stayed together with a friend and could not have had a better experience. Mixture of good guests visiting from out of town and those who are looking for a safe space to celebrate/party in a central area of Montrose. Everything you could ever want is a walking distance. It is an Air B&B type local, so do not expect a luxury version of the Carlton Ritz for the same price point. VERY comfortable rooms and space in general for those looking for routine stays. The shower takes a moment to turn warm, but give it 10 seconds, and you are good. Overall as a central space in a fun part of Houston.......
