I went through the drive through about 5 minutes ago. The boy took my order over the speaker and then when I got to the window asked me to repeat my order. Even after all of this my order was still NOT RIGHT. I ordered popcorn shrimp meal with rice and the $5 big box with rice and okra, the boy proceeded to ask if I wanted spicy or regular chicken, I said regular. What I got was the popcorn shrimp meal with rice and a drink, then it came to the $5 big box, chicken so spicy I couldn't eat it and fries instead of rice. Not only that the fries and okra were not in their packages and all over the top of the box with the chicken in it! Not to mention it took you 5 minutes, just to get it together. SOLUTIONS..... 1)If you can't hear them through the drive through speaker, do not make someone repeat their order ask them to pull forward and then take their order. 2) LISTEN to what the customer wants, then ask if they want to add an apple pie!! I WOULDN'T BE SO UPSET IF THIS DIDN'T HAPPEN ALL OF THE TIME... IT'S NOT JUST YOU CHURCH'S, IT'S EVERY FAST FOOD PLACE AROUND.... Read moreThis location has a lovely nice cashier so this review does not reflect her hard dedicated work. However, there is a staff member named Julian he's always there. I honestly hate to visit when he's working. But I frequent this area alot during the week. His energy is so foul ! I can not see him working no where else but church's with his filthy behavior. Where else can he get away with this and still keep a job? His entire Ora is off ! I asked today during my visit why he never wear a mask. I mean this is food you are handling in close contact with customers. He yelled at me while rolling his neck and told me "I DO NOT HAVE TO COME BACK" ! I said what is your name? He stated JULIAN with such force and negativity. He then closed the window in my face. Julian should not be working in customer service nor with the public at all. He lacks proper sense, and courtesy! He looks disheveled as if he just throws on a church's hat and shirt then show up for work out of bed. His funky attitude makes it even worse.. Read moreThis location had no drive thru & shares the parking lot space with a gas station & a McDonald's. I stopped here cos I thought they had gizzards (only a few in Texas serve them). I was told they don't carry them, so I ordered a chicken meal instead. The demeanor of the staff was very nonchalant. Horrible customer service! Person at the register seemed clueless while taking my order. Long story short, my order was wrong & credit card was charged twice! She didn't give me a receipt either. Don't bother trying to call them if there's an issue with your order cos they don't answer the phone, EVER!
