Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Houston

THIS IS A PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT TO THOSE OF YOU THAT GRACE THIS ESTABLISHMENT AND HAVE BEEN THE VICTIM OF Xiomara Luego Hernandez. When I entered into this establishment today this lady was rude obnoxious belligerent and was not observing covid-19 protocols she was doing paperwork as she was trying to take my order for me and I explained to her that she was not being very customer service related she said so and told me that I could take my business elsewhere mind you that this woman had paperwork in her hand with pin and pad no gloves on and was trying to fix food in an establishment where it clearly says on the wall that we observe covid-19 rules she had on no gloves and no care or remorse for what was going on in the establishment this is the same person that is serving you your food everyday at the establishment I have contacted church's chicken corporate office and I am currently waiting to hear back from them or the health department. either or if I do not get a response from Church's chicken corporate office within the next few days then I will step this matter up and I will take it to City of Houston's...

THIS WAS SENT TO CORPORATE. Good afternoon. I regret to inform you this is the second time I have complained about this location. We have tried to be as patient as possible but this is another incident that we can ignore. Today we tried to purchase one family meal and give orders of the special for Tuesday. Just to be told that we could only order the family meal. We said that it was fine. But as soon as we get to the window we are told we have to wait for the biscuits because they are not ready a 15 minute wait. We asked since we are waiting could we wait for the chicken as well. She said no cause it would be another 30 minute wait. I'm sorry but how could a restaurant knowingly not be prepared for such a day. Not only without the chicken but biscuits too. Slow service I came by today to order a number one combo I requested an extra biscuit and jalapeños and I got neither nor of what I requested when I said what I wanted the lady responded back so you want a number one regular with a tea, you want an extra biscuit and a jalapeño I said yes well of course I didn’t get what I asked for; you have a lot of ladies working in there they act like cackling hens they’re too busy talking about other people instead of doing their job properly the only thing that I enjoyed out of that whole box was the mashed potatoes the biscuits was hard as a rock the chicken had no flavor and it was cold and the tea taste like it’s been sitting in their container for more than four days I’m never coming back ps they never gave a spoon for the mashed potatoes no salt no pepper was offered or put into the bags horrible customer...
