Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Houston

I would have loved to have rated this place better, but the entire reason I wanted to go here was for the reputation churches chicken has of being a quick, cheap place to get chicken, and they had a sign when i walked in advertising with a picture of a chicken TENDER on it, and I'm not sure what the name they had on it, but the picture was of a tender, so they need to at the very least clarify that they are not tenders. I paid 5.41 with tax for this box of bite sized chicken. Absolutely unacceptable, and I will be calling to complain after posting this review, and asking for my money back, or at the very least a coupon. If they won't give me at least a coupon I will never...

The Church's Chicken I ate was crunchy, tasty and freshly cooked 🤤 the delicious buttermilk biscuit was soft and warm, even the jalapeno pepper was juicy. The atmosphere was pleasant and the staff was friendly and attentive. There was no seating area for us to eat our food. I was disappointed there was no where to seat but the convenience of getting my food fresh, hot and fast was great 😃 I highly recommend this Church's Chicken location for a quick fill-up of gas and take out dinner...

They always have spicy chicken ready why can't they ever have regular ready then it takes 20 minutes are more to get my chicken I went there may 6,2023 and it took at least 32 minutes to receive my chicken I can say the lady is nice but you have to be ready for customers when they come in I would have got spicy but it wasn't for me older people love regular chicken so someone please acknowledge them to have regular ready.
