I took my 4 year old granddaughter to this location today and I want to first start by saying, the young lady at the counter was very sweet and polite. She had a big smile on her face and seemed pleased with her duties (but also exhausted). As we entered; the dining area was a mess. The tables were empty but no came out to clean them. We wondered around for a bit and ended up sharing a table with a stranger. I was very nervous but we sat at the end so it SEEMED ok to me. I didn’t understand why everyone was in the back (little to no pizza, just water and no pasta, and no deserts) with NO ONE ON THE FLOOR CLEANING or stocking condiments. We sat there for an hour or so, and I only had two slices of spinach pizza and my g-baby had two (which was a waste of my time and money) while the restaurant remained a total mess. At this point I could not even wait anymore and I could tell my granddaughter felt uneasy with us at a table with a stranger. So, I gave up and went inside the little arcade room. We stayed for about 30 minutes, came out and it was like a new restaurant. The bus guy by the name of Quincy (he’d just started his shift) was cleaning the restaurant, assisting customers, stocking condiments all while providing great customer service. He worked the entire floor by himself. With all that being said… Why would you all on a busy day like today not have enough help on the floor? And why was it so many people in the back with no food on the line? This guy went above and beyond!! Thank you Quincy for taking care of all of us as customers. We ALL bombarded you with assistance at once. I could tell you were flustered with the many responsibilities you had to endure as soon as you walked through the door. Me personally would have taken one look at that mess, the load from customers and found another job asap (lol) but, you handled it with ease.

Read moreI called Thursday evening at 6:56 p.m. and placed an order for two 20 piece cinnamon rolls. I was told it would be ready for pick up in 15 mins. As I arrived at the restaurant and begin to pay for them the shift leader informs me that "the store was out of medium boxes so the cinnamon rolls were placed in a large box." I didn't think anything of it. However, my suspicion took notice that something may have gone wrong, because neither of the boxes were opened before I left the store to show me what the food looked like. Before I drove off I opened one of the boxes and what I saw I was not prepared for! It looked like a bunch of scraps had been put together. I feel very disrespected, especially because I didn't pick up the order until 7:32 p.m. which means there was at least 35 minutes to check the freshness and quality of the food. I am highly disappointed and will immediately begin reaching out to their corporate office so this matter can be resolved. Cicis definitely has lost...
Read moreI visited this place a couple of weeks ago with my grandchildren. The experience was horrific. I would not come back to this place or recommend that anyone does. First we walked in and there was no one at the front greeting customers as they walked in. We stood there just waiting for about five minutes until someone came to charge us to get in. I could have lived with that, I understand that things happen and maybe they were busy taking care of a to go order or something like that because the place was not so busy. What I hated the most was the ROACHES. After we grabbed some pizza and sat down to eat it, we went back to get something else and upon arriving to the stack of plates, I observed two big roaches roaming around the CLEAN Plates right next to the pizza and close to the soups. I immediately told a lady and she came to grab the plates. I just couldn't eat anymore after that and I got my grandchildren out of there. Stay away...
