The dairy queen on scarsdale is bad business and very unprofessional! I took My daughter over there yesterday before the park I left my wallet there so I realized today and called. once we asked if the wallet was there they hung up on us we tried to call back over and over again after that they pretended like they didn't hear us on the phone. There was a point where I called and the owner which is the guy in the video started blowing me kisses and calling me baby and hung up I heard people in the background laughing and playing. I am 90% sure that they kept my wallet didn't want to give it back it had money my social security in there everything and I feel like that's why they're avoiding me. There's some Kwik over there be careful . And I also used to work there so I know how grimey these people were. They used to always take money out of each check and put it as an advanced I asked why and he said because the register was short so he takes the amount of $ didvides between the people working and deducts it. I told him there should be assigned registers to avoid the errors because its not every ones fault that there's money missing. Who knows if there was money missing to begin with because he never let Any one handle the money it was always him. He never worried about getting cameras or anything like that. On top of that they're not sanitary there at all its nasty in the kitchen. The only reason i stopped is because my daughter begged me for a damn dilly bar! This will continue to happen he will continue to rob from people any chance he gets! Stay alert...
Read moreThis USED to be my favorite Dairy Queen. Was there around 7:30pm on 02/17/16 and srv has changed so much. Items that come with meal I ordered were not there so I had to go back up and tell them. They told me to go back to my table and wait on them to bring gravy for my food. Then I had to go back up again because they didn't bring forks & spoons. I went back again for ice cream that came with meal but was told I have to bring clipping on back of bag they served my food in which was now covered in ketchup because the order was packaged TO-GO even though I ordered DINE-IN. I got sweet tea from dispenser that turned out to be unsweetened tea. By time I realized it they had taken all the tea off counter though. I have to admit THE FOOD WAS HOT AND FRESH at 1st but SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. Sadly the manager was standing next to an obvious friend or family members table and continuously serving them whole time I was in there but paid no attention to other customers. ADVICE TO DQ. Keep your cooks and change your staff immediately. As a CERTIFIED TOURISM AMBASSADOR I WOULD NOT RISK BRINGING TOURIST OR RESIDENTS TO THIS DQ ANYMORE. Since my last review 7months ago SERVICE has improved with friendlier and better employees but cooks seem to speed cool and neglect to use toppings on food. 3 tacos didn't have enough cheese to top 1 taco. Read moreThe worst customer service! I've frequented this location several times in the past. It's always been one of those places where you just endure the rudeness and lack of customer service because the blizzards and ice cream are good. You tend to get tired of McDonalds and Marble Slab is just not convenient at the time so, last resort it is for this place. Enough is enough, this time totally did it! I proceed to the window to get my ice cream and I have a long nasty wavy hair IN it all up in the swirl of my ice cream! Gross! It's obviously not my color or hair type and the fact that my hair was put up. I handed it back to the girl and she had the audacity to gave me this rude look!! I told her I didn't want it and NICELY asked for a refund. She yanked my card and slammed the window shut and started speaking Spanish to her peeps like it was MY fault and I did something wrong! She then slammed down the the other blizzards for the people behind me. I didn't get an apology when she handed me back my card, which is the least I would've expected. Apparently, this has happened more than once because when you call and ask to speak to a Manager, they claim there isn't one there...needless to say, I will not...
