2 "beef" combo meals

Nice people, good service. Just not honest and not worth it. There's other gyro options that serve what they advertise. I treated someone here for their first time, bc I'd been there before and had good food (chicken) and good service. Embarrassing. Won't return and suggest they either update their menu or serve real beef.

We visited last week I believe it was #16 combo. Looked and tasted nothing like beef. It was immitation beef, dry like a bean burger, no flavor and had the texture of compressed cardboard. I'm no longer in the area. Nor will I be returning. Please,just be honest with your future customers. Delicious food, friendly service — best for takeout

I had a great experience at Gyro Guys Scarsdale. The food was delicious and clearly made with care — fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. The staff were polite and helpful; I believe the gentleman assisting me was named Imran, and he was very courteous throughout.

That said, the interior could use some updating. It felt a bit old and lacked the cozy or inviting atmosphere you'd expect for a dine-in experience. There was also a noticeable smell of cleaning chemicals, which, while reassuring in terms of cleanliness, was a bit strong.

Overall, I’d definitely recommend Gyro Guys for the food and service — just keep in mind it’s more of a takeout spot than a...

I've been here 5 times. I've been extremely impressed with portions, value, flavor. Etc on 3 of those occasions...

Unfortunately the last 2 times, I've been disappointed. 1 time the meat was extremely dry...and they forgot the extra sauce.

Previously I will say the serving sizes are awesome, flavorful, moist, delicious, and quickly served.

This last time I arrived at opening and there was no one at the store. The first employee arrived 5 past opening...then it took 29 mins to heat up and prepare everything for service.
