Larger groups beware, this Denny's will act like your an annoyance for even thinking about bringing a large group to dine there. We decided to bring our family group of 12 to Denny's for breakfast Sunday. Because we had such a large group we thought we'd be considerate and call ahead and give any an hour and a half heads up. Promptly when calling we were told very abruptly " we don't do reservations". Fine that's understandable but should have been a warning. One of our group showed up about 15 minutes before the rest and again told them we needed a table for 12 and was then given an attitude about the whole party not being there so they wouldn't do anything yet. While she was waiting the main table section that would have easily fit our group was then sat but a couple other groups even though other tables that would have accommodate their smaller groups were available. Once 10 of our group were there another person asked us if we were waiting to be seated we said yes and mentioned our group size, she proceeded to roll her eyes and got an attitude and walked away. When the groups that were in the area they finally decided to sit us in were done and they told another server we would be in her section she said got upset and complained about taking our group within earshot of us. Now once we were sat the server we had was great and on top of things. Food was sub par. The hash browns were burnt, the bacon tasted like it had been sitting out a while and the sausage had a funny sour after taste that we couldn't figure out. After all was said and done we still made sure to leave a good tip because the server we finally had was great but the majority of the staff and the manager I talked to acted like we were rude for even considering to bring such a large group. At this point unless things change at this location, larger group or not, I will not...
Read moreJust left your restaurant very unhappy. We arrived and had to wait around 5 mins to be seated no biggie. Kinda wondering why we are waiting when the place is just about empty. We got a table waitress took our drink order came back took food order and thats the last we saw of her. We sat at our table looking at our food sitting on the counter for quite some time until someone else brought it to us. My wife would not eat her food she said it was nasty so I offered to trade hers for mine witch wasn't great but she refused. She sat there trying to get someone's attention to try and order something else but it was if we didn't exist. We get up and go to the counter and to pay my wife started to tell the guy what happened he said I don't know anything about it im not your server. Valid point but where the hell is our server? Well she decided to go home early according to him. Again my wife said my food was terrible and I didn't eat but 1 bite of it. His reply was sorry about that your total is 48 dollars my wife walks out mad I paid the bill. It is what it is not like I can just not pay it. So now my wife is pissed at me for paying 48 bucks for food that neither of us enjoyed or even eat. I personally could care less about the money its the principal. So with that said I would like to thank your staff for going out of their way to make sure my wife and I had a terrible experience and that she will remain mad at me for the rest of the night. We will not be returning to your location ever again. I think you should refund my 48 dollars and donate it to a charity to help the homeless or officers hurt in the line of duty. Your business doesn't deserve to keep my hard earned money with food and service of this...
Read moreWe went to Denny's for a family dinner, thinking it would be more affordable than your average restaurant. Well the idea of Denny's being more affordable is gone now. Their prices are not much different than most restaurants, and quite frankly, their food is overpriced for the quality. The food was ok, although for the prices, I'd expect a better. The burger we had was a decent size, but not enough to cost what it did. The toppings did not appear to be fresh. The club sandwich was just ok. The bacon seemed soggy, or undercooked I guess. The veggies on the sandwich did not appear to be fresh or crisp. The fries that everyone got with their meal reminded us of frozen fries you buy from the grocery store. The chicken tenders were very basic and didn't have much flavor. The Mac n cheese tasted like boxed Kraft. Also, almost $4 per drink?! Drinks are cheaper at some higher end restaurants. We spent about $20 on drinks alone (for five people). The service was pretty good. Our waitress was polite and pretty attentive. Although, upon our arrival, they tried to sit is at a disgusting and dirty table. They were quick to clean it, but it was still pretty nasty to walk into. If they are going to charge what they do, they need to step up their game a bit. Maybe they can vamp up their recipes and invest in some fresh produce. They either need to make better food or have lower prices. It's just not worth it. Although it was an ok experience, I won't be returning here to eat. I'd rather spend my money on better quality and more flavorful food. You just don't get what...
