Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Houston

BUYER BEWARE! THIS LOCATION STEALS! I've had issues with this PH location for the better part of 2016, and I take full responsibility for continuing, up until this point, to give them my business.

That said, in just nine months, I've endured 2-hour wait times, including an incident where I subsequently cancelled an order through their terrible call-center service that you're redirected to whenever you try to call the store, only for the food to still be delivered cold and my credit card charged after we've gotten dinner elsewhere in the meantime.

The final straw is when just last week, I ordered some food and the driver helped himself to a $5.00 tip on my behalf. If I hadn't gotten the notification through my credit card company, I wouldn't have known. The driver was a slim, white male, with a clover tattoo on his wrist. I called the store manager and my credit card company to have the charge revoked.

I am a Billing Manager for a Dr office & our staff is always having to order delivery. IT WAS HORRIBLE. This wasn't to first time I ordered from this location the first time they dropped it off in the wrong please. the send time I gave the delivery guy a 5 dollar tip through card and later find out I was being charged for 15 I disputed this transaction through my bank and I won. This time it was over an hour late! I called the location to check the status of my order they only said sorry they are running late. when my order arrived it was wrong, I order bone in they gave me boneless. and i found hair a blond long hair on my pizza crest thinking that it might of just fallen I pulled on it and it broke because it was cooked in my pizza! disgusting!!!! I am so far I have had 4 bad experience I will be informing all staff at your hospital, you service will not be taken in consideration for our net office party & I will be righting a review online about your service and lack of appreciation. Kudos to Kris, and Evette! I ordered pizza last night after a long day of teaching tomorrow's scholars. Unfortunately there was a small mishap when we received our order. One of the pizzas that was supposed to be thin crust, was hand tossed. My husband who is diabetic wasn't able to eat it because of the carb count.

I called today to make them aware of the issue and see if they wanted me to bring it back. Yvette, the Manager was so kind. No only was she apologetic, but gave me a credit for that pizza! #Kindness.

I couldn't leave the conversation without complementing the chef Ms. Kris! Last night's Pepperoni, and breadsticks were 🤌🏾#Chef'sKiss AH-MAZING! The bread was crispy/flakey, yet soft in the middle.
