Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Houston

Today which is Sep. 29. At 7:28 p.m. I called to order 2 medium pizzas and the girl that answered told me it was going to be ready in 15min. So I got there EXACTLY 15 minutes after 7:43 p.m and i knew my order was ready because they have a electronic board that shows everyones order and how long it takes for each order to be ready and my order said it was ready. So i told this guy at the cashier my name and that i was there to pick up my order so the guy went to look for my pizzas and couldn't find it and looked confused so he called some other guy and he came and asked for my name and he started looking for my pizzas and looked confused as well cause he couldn't find them but they NEVER said they didn't do my pizzas or that my order didnt appear. So then the guy told me and my mom to give them a minute so we waited for 15min. more so double the time they told me my pizzas were going to be ready and then one of the girls who was in the cashier TOUCHING money went to the back where they we're cutting pizzas and making wings and started doing that WITH OUT washing her hands after she had touched money!! And then she yelled telling her other co-workers to go see something and it was 2 pizzas that were on the floor. Which one of them was a ham and bacon pizza like the one i had ordered so 20min had passed and i asked the guy what was going on why hadn't we received our pizzas when everything that kept coming in was given there pizza except us!? And the guy told us that they didnt make our pizzas that the orders were getting messed up and bla bla bla and that we had to wait 15min. More minutes so they could BARELY start doing them. IF THE GUY KNEW!! WE WERE THERE WAITING FOR OUR PIZZAS AND HE KNEW THEY WERENT DONE WHY DIDNT HE TOLD US SINCE THE BEGINNING THAT THEY WEREN'T MADE!? SO THAT WAY WE WOULDNT HAVE SPEND MORE THEN 20MINUTES THERE WHEN WE COULD HAVE JUST LEFT HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! And also y'all need to be more careful with y'alls employees one of the guys that was making the pizzas had long hair and didnt have a hair net and he kept touching his hair and pulling up his pants and kept going to the cashier and then back to TOUCHING the dough to make pizzas. I just wish i could have gotten all the employess names so i could have put them in...

I have been a customer at this store for 5 years. The service was great, deliveries were on time, etc once they moved to the new location in the same strip mall. For the past 5 months the service level has been TERRIBLE. I can't place online orders at the store, the phone staff is rude, ESPECIALLY "Yamiel" who just answered the phone 5 minutes ago. I tried to place an order, she puts me on hold then says they dont deliver to my location, again I have lived here for 5 years . I just placed an order that was an hour late last month. I asked to speak to the Manager & she puts me on hold & comes back saying a driver was robbed. I told her I dont want to speak to her, I wanted the Manager, she again puts me on hold picks up the phone AGAIN & proceeds to tell me that the driver "had an accident" near my apartments & that's why he won't deliver here. When I pointed out that's not what she just told me & asked her if it was a robbery or an accident she said she didn't know. I asked for the manager AGAIN & she says "well the manager is busy". I asked for the Managers' name & she comes up with "Crystal" after stammering for a few seconds so she is probably lying about that AND her name. I left my contact number and asked for the Manager to call me, she didn't even take the information. So, if "Crystal" or whomever manages this store sees this review you need to fire "Yamiel". Placed an online order today.

When I arrived to pick up the pizza it seemed that there was only one person working, some skinny girl with piercings and a very bad attitude.

Upon walking in there were two mounds of dough by the front glass that seemed to have been sitting out for a while and one had something that seemed to resemble a cotton ball sitting in top of it. (Definitely not something edible and shouldn't have been on top of the dough) Grossed me out to be honest and there was some type of yellow crumbs laying on the counter which I assume may have been yeast. I have no idea. Anyway, when she brought my pizzas out I was walking up to the counter she said something as her back was towards me ( she was facing away from me so I didn't catch what she said ) then she turned around expecting me to answer. I said I'm sorry? Then she asked (cash or card?) In a rude tone. 🙄 I paid with my card and walked out. As I was pulling out she was standing outside smoking a cigarette.

When I brought my pizzas home for my family to eat it seemed like the pizza wasn't cooked all the way the dough was soft and had a weird texture.
