This is the worst location ! ! We've ordered from this location before only because it's close to work. We had stopped because there were many issues with the orders. Decided to give them another try today 7/9, ordered on line for delivery and waited for over an hour and the message was that it was in Quality Check. Two of us got on the phone to call and inquire about the order and were on hold for about 20 minutes, never was able to speak to anyone, so we decided to drive to the location. Just as we arrived, received a message that the driver was in route, but decided to go into the store to ensure our delivery was actually in route. In speaking to the manager (Carlos), the order was still sitting there and not in route as indicated by the message received. He also said that the delivery wait time was 2 hrs ! We asked Carlos for a refund on the delivery fee of $4.00 and he said he would give us a 2 liter soda. We told him that we didn't want a soda ($4.00 for a soda, no thank you), so we asked for a full refund and he said that he would refund us the money and cancel the order so he proceeded to take our food away. We're like NO ! We've been waiting for over and hour and we wanted our food. Needless to say, we got our food and went away. Carlos was very rude, he couldn't answer as to why we received a message that our food was in route to be delivered and if, the wait time for our delivery was 2 hrs, why was the food ready when we arrived ? ? Since the food had been sitting there for a while and now COLD, no driver, very poor customer service, we will not be ordering from this location again ! Read moreI ordered a pizza for delivery today (12/4/17) at 7:38 pm. At 7:56 pm the tracker said Jesus left my store with my order. It said to expect approximately 40 to 50 minutes for delivery. I live right across the freeway from Domino's (about a 5 minute drive) but I don't have a car which is the only reason I chose delivery to begin with. At 8:40 pm I start getting anxious while I'm waiting for my food to arrive, so I decide to give it ten more minutes before I called to figure out what was going on. Then, about 2 minutes later I get a notification that says "I hope you're enjoying your pizza". I hadn't gotten my freaking pizza yet! So I called to figure out what happened and apparently the driver gave my pizza to someone random! Frustrated, the guy on the phone said he spoke to the manager and they said they could resend my pizza but it would be another 45 minute wait. I say okay. And now I just called them again at 9:50 because I still have not received anything. And they had the nerve to tell me I'd have to pay if they're going to resend another one! I never got the first one or the supposed replacement. How could I even guarantee that I'd get that one either! I have to wait for the driver to return before I can get a call back. I am highly disappointed as I've been a customer with this Domino's since I moved to my apartments. I place a order yesterday because little Caesars app was down should have just cook, but I order some food. I got the $19 deal, what I order was 2 medium hand toss pepperoni pizza with hearty marinara sauce, 1 order of cinnamon twist and 16 pieces Parmesan bread bites and 1 2 lite of Root Beer. The drink was the only thing right. Instead of two pepperoni, I got one pepperoni pizza that look like my three year old made it and a Philly cheese steak pizza and both where cold. The cinnamon twist and Parmesan bread bites where over cook so hard had to throw them away. I got off of work late after they are closed, so I couldn't complian about it then. Just called over four times and received the worst customer service of my life. I hope constantly hanging up on a customer is not what y'all are truly teaching your employees and what ever happened to customer service in which they lack restaurants like this particular one should be close.
P.S. It might not be a good thing to brag about how y'all always get compliance and nothing is done about it because the DM don't care.
