I had an awful experience at Domino's Store today Thursday at 1416 W Orem Dr Ste A, Houston, TX 77047. I had placed an order at 7:30pm and paid for it thru the website, it told me that it would arrive within 33-43 mins. Got a called at 7:58pm from the store to make me aware that they were out of ranch, which I was fine with, but how come at that point I was not informed that orders were being delayed because of staff etc. It was 8:35pm when I called the store back and a young rude lady answered she kept placing me on hold and also speaking to the driver on the other line without letting me know what she was doing, also she asked for my order number twice during the conversation, she told me that the pizzas had been delivered according to the driver, I got upset and told her that I had not received such order. She kept arguing with me saying I should have the order and she even said "you must have placed your address wrong" (so no ownership of the stores mistake instead decided to accuse me of putting my address wrong. I kept insisting that all my info was correct and that this was not my first order that I had ordered previously with no issues. She had the nerve to tell me not to raised my voice, at that point I was livid I told her all I wanted was my food. She then said the driver was actually just arriving within the next 2 minutes. I told her I had been waiting over an hour and she kept giving different stories she seemed annoyed and was giving me an ugly attitude, she said it was not her fault that that were shorthanded and the driver got the order number mixed. She said I can cancel the order and get your money back. I asked for the store manager she stated it was Neal but that he was not there. I told her just get my order please my kids are hungry and we have been patiently waiting I then asked for her name and she decided to hang up on me. Never got an apology but instead she decided to hang up and canceled my order after 11 minutes on the phone with no real solution. While on my phone, I was watching thru my cameras and at 8:48pm saw a car pulled over and then all the sudden within less than a minute drove off. So, I'm assuming she decided to cancel my order without my request. What a disappointment, shame on Dominos who hires this people, no customer service at all and not trying to put me at ease but instead she added to the fuel. I understand things happen but it's how you handle the situation that matters at the end. I waited over 2 minutes for them to bring my pizza to my car according to the timer and when I told her about it, she told me āit takes time to get to the car.ā I was watching them from my car that was parked less than 50 feet from the front door. They didnāt honor the free pizza tule for waiting over 2 minutes. The second time, Katie talked to me at the pick up window. She was eating as I talked to her. I told her that I was unhappy about waiting over 5 minutes for my food when I was told by the tracker that it was ready. Then when I pulled up to the window, I was told it was ready and being put into boxes by the guy at the window. I was told to pull up to get off of the camera. I waited 5 plus minutes and went back through the drive through. The same guy had my order in his hands but told me to pull forward (Iām guessing because he didnāt want it on camera that I was waiting for my stuff I didnāt receive the first time). I told him I wanted to talk to the manager. I waited 2 minutes to talk to the manager for some reason, even though they were literally in the room right next to the window (I could see them talking in the room). After that, someone named Katie (Hispanic teen with bull piercing and pink hair) came to talk to me. She was eating. While talking to me. She told me the same excuses. They gave me the wrong food. When I returned it, I was told it would take an additional 10 minutes, I should pull to the side, and they'd bring it out to me (the lady even pointed out to me where I should park). That never happened. I went back to the window and requested a refund where I was met with an attitude and the lady lied and said she never told me she would bring it out, adding that she was a manager and she'd never do that. I was also forced to return the pizza as well because they don't do partial refunds (it was cold by this point anyway). When asked for proof of my refund, I was denied. When I asked if I'd receive an email for the refund, I was told no. When I asked the "manager" for her name, she said she wasn't required to give it. If I could give zero stars I would.
