Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Houston

If I could give zero stars, I would give this place zero stars. At least the night crew because when I go during the day, my food is fresh hot the people inside are friendly but ordering a delivery online today was horrific after an hour. I called up there and I said if asked if my pizza was still there and it was so I told her to go ahead and remake another pizza I’mma come and get it. Then I hear a guy in the background and she apparently asked the delivery driver and she was like trying to explain to him and then I get a text that says Micah is on his way with your pizza so I’ll let you know what just tell him to go ahead and bring it if he’s coming Straight from your place to My House he can bring it otherwise I’ll come and pick it up and she did all she said was he has the order and he has left with it so 20 minutes later I’m on the porch I’m waiting and he said the text message said that he turned in my neighborhood my neighborhood is a cul-de-sac. They’re like five houses into my neighborhood. I wouldn’t see the headlights if he was actually turning into my neighborhood. I tried to call back there and a guy got on the phone. I guess he was supposed to be the manager. He was rude of course I did not want a cold pizza and I didn’t want to have to pay for anything and he he wasn’t gonna be able to do nothing about it and I said well I’m gonna need to get whoever is over you number or corporate. Can I get a name and number for them he acts like I was speaking in another language he just blatantly didn’t respond and then he hung up in my face After about maybe 20 more minutes from the time they said they were turning in my neighborhood. That’s when the pizza finally came and they would not answer the phone at the restaurant because I call from a different number to see if they would answer and they did not worst service I ever received. I will not ever order from this restaurant again unless all those people that work this night shift tonight on June 22, 2025, they should all be fired, I won’t be back up they are if there was no more pizza places on the planet and the pizza was free. I still will not eat at that location. I just started giving Domino’s a chance because I always have been kind of not up to par there as much as I love that spinach and feta pizza. I won’t be getting from there so tomorrow I’m gonna be calling again. Hopefully I’ll get corporate because I want a full refund and I want something to be handled or some type of course of action for the pathetic of the employees that worked at night shift on this Sunday night. They should all be ashamed if you didn’t wanna come to work to make your minimum wage you shouldn’t never came. You should’ve stayed at home and played video games. Anyway, my complaint is on file customer support. I’ll be expecting a call tomorrow or either. I’ll just come up to the restaurant and we can go about it that way. They need to shut down I just recently quit due to unprofessional Manager behavior. I've witness unsanitary things on many occasions I mentioned seeing tiny black bugs in cornmeal used for stretching the store Manager just says oh damn or pretend to care but never has it replaced Nats and flies sits on the raw dough and the stretched out dough on the pizza rack before putting on toppings. Just a fan of the hand and continue to make the pizza dead roaches in freezer walkway in bathroom under counters where we put pizza in the box. I've also witness the Nats in the bucket with pizza sauce cause the Nats are stuck from so many floating above it with no lid. No matter how many times us CSR's mention it there's no change the Manager Octavia try to get rid of the Nats but also don't care if the insects has touched or falling into something she wants us to get that order out. Sometimes I've came across lil jelly like brown lumps on the dough but was told to use it it's still good it comes like that sometimes. The screens that we take pizza off of when removing it from oven suppose to land in the bend at bottom sometimes hit the floor instead. It's picked up and tossed in bend with the others that's being reused to put new stretched dough on it. I mentioned it was ink on the dough from it being marker writing in the dough tray she the manager Octavia said it was fine I streched them and she applied toppings. It's been water dripping from ceiling in different spot even over dough streching area and prepping area. I once seen a dripping spot in freezer it was falling dripping in the dough I had to get so I got the next tray instead. Unorganized always drama in the work place in front of customers it's embarrassing when I would ask to eat I went to freezer to get a new ball of dough or get some wings cause they come in a bag and refilled often. Can't fault the employees they just do what's told and what they see is ok cause they Manager who trained them does it. I had three different trainers one quit due to drama so u surely don't want to work here...

We waited for the online order to say ready. Went to the location, texted twice we were in the parking lot. After 8 minutes passed we called inside to let someone know we were in the parking lot to utilize car side pick up. The young lady who answered the phone basically picked up and put us on hold. When she came back, we let her know we were in the parking lot and she kept saying we had to clock in. We asked, what does that mean or how to do it? Her reply was "I don't know, the customers know how to do it" We are the customers and if we knew what she was talking about we would not be writing this review. We then asked again, what do you mean clock in? She repeated again you have to clock in for us to know you are here. We asked if she could bring the pizzas to us? She hung up the phone. A male employee brought the pizzas out who also tried to explain what it means to clock in. After informing him we texted twice with no results, we asked how do we get our free pizza because the website states if the pizza is not car side within 2 minutes of letting them know you're there, your pizza is free. His response was " I don't know what to tell you".Very bad...
