Zero stars if I could give it. Jason marked our order delivered at the time the store closed. Of course, when we called because our pizza was not, in fact, delivered, no one bothered answering the phone, despite me calling prior to the store closing, as it had been out for delivery for 20 minutes. While on hold, the store closed. I sat on hold for a full 25 minutes, only to have the driver finally arrive almost an hour after he left the store and 20 minutes after my tracker said it had been delivered. He assured me he'd ask someone to answer the phone, as I was still on hold.
A woman came on the line, coldly informing me the store was closed. She showed no concern when I explained the situation. I realized that the driver had also neglected to leave my receipt and soda, and had to chase him down the street in bunny slippers at 11:30 at night. After some discussion, he finally searched his backseat, still not finding my receipt, he did locate our soda. Frustrated, I informed the woman I'd just call corporate, since she was unhelpful.
I'm honestly surprised we even received our pizza when it was marked delivered at the time of store closing. It arrived lukewarm and frankly, I was too upset by the time it arrived to want to eat it.
Corporate will be hearing from us. I will also encourge them to view the reviews for this store, and all the other people who have had such terrible experinces, which I only discovered after making the mistake of placing my order from them.

Every time I go, I receive the worst customer service ever! I always have to wait in line for about 45 minutes to an hour no matter what. Once I finally receive my pizza, it is terrible. One day I had saw the employees playing around on the inside with their backs turned to the people in the drive thu. They would just look and laugh and keep on talking. Whenever I had called to tell them to come to the drive thru window they answered, didn't say a word, and went on with their conversations. I could literally hear everything. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS LOCATION. It is convenient because of it's location but it has terrible service and disgusting pizza. If you try and talk to the manager, she's just as bad. She doesn't care, is very unprofessional, and always has an attitude. She needs to be fired. I seen a worker (EDDY) was standing there with AirPods in. I said excuse me, 4 times on the 5th time I was a little louder but not ruder. He snatches his AirPods out and says âwhat?
