If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I’m a regular in Dreams on Sunday’s. Dreams typically my Sunday funday spot. Well this Sunday 3/17/24 I invited some of my friends out with me, that’s not from Houston to show them a great time and got completely embarrassed at this place. We spent a decent amount of money at this establishment amongst the 6 of us on drinks, and more drinks and shots. All 6 of us purchased food, and 4 hookah’s a pieces. Getting down to the reason for this review is, I’m dancing and having an awesome time, now it’s nowhere to sit in this club (standing room only) so we are on the dance floor standing. against the wall near the speaker. I must admit I was in the aisle way rump shaking, but I had literally just squatted down to shake my rump before a older guy short, dark brown wore glasses and that day had on a brown adidas pull over, which I was told he was the owner came over and told me to MOVE GET OUT THE AISLE very aggressively and rude as hell. So I got up, now we in a lounge with loud music you can barely hear your friend whispering im your ear. I tells the man I’m sorry… I’m sorry so I guess he took that as me disrespecting him as being the owner of that club when I was truly apologizing because I was in the aisle way. He use his authority and tell me he will get me put out. I’m thinking to myself as a business man, club owner this is the way you handle a customer? And what did I really do? And a customer that’s spending in here? I then proceed to tell him sir you don’t have to put me out, I’ll get out, and when I leave know I’ll never support this business and I’ll make sure to tell friend and family not to support this business also. As I’m still standing on that! When I looked up after telling him that I had security around me/ us telling us we had to get out of there everywhere as if I had then did something really bad or fought in these people club. Moral of the review is all that was unnecessary and uncalled for. It was a better way to handle that situation as a business owner especially when I’m admitting I was in the aisle way dancing possibly blocking people from passing and I apologized. The lounge is small what do you expect? Again I’ll never support and on God I’ll spread the word to everyone I know and those I don’t of how I was treated and embarrassed in front of my people so no one else will feel the way I felt walking out. I continued to apologize to my people and gave them back money due to them not being finish with their drinks and hookah before being put out. I lost all the way around at dreams...
Read moreI always attend Dreams on a Sunday night. great place to hang out but last night when the door guy with the scanner wasn't checking ID's at all. I had to step outside of the club for a moment & I left my purse & ID inside with a friend so when it was time to re enter I was asked for my ID I guess by the owner some big black ball headed guy. I replied that my ID was inside & I told them that they should be paying attention to who is coming in & out that is what security is for they got upset with me & said I couldn't go back in. Well if dreams would get some type of stamp or wrist band indicating that personal has been cleared to re enter the club this type of problems wouldn't happen. the owner said I caused a problem outside of the club & he knew I would cause one inside FYI I am a commissioned officer with a license to carry will be going to the police academy in 6 months. Never judge a book by its cover. There is nothing or no at dreams that's going to make me mess up my...
Read moreWe came to Dreams Friday night, 10/21/16 for a friends birthday. We enjoyed the music but every time I ordered a drink from the waistress she never brought my change back. I ordered a shot, gave her a $20 and she never came back. She had on this pink bodysuit and short hair. It got really really busy in there so I couldn't catch her everytime I tried ask where's my change, I told my husband and he catch up to her either. Of course I was going to tip her but you don't just take someone's cash and don't bring it back. We were in reserved section so she knew where we were. She did it twice. The first time I let it slide because I ordered Jack & coke, that was $8 & I gave her a $10. But when I gave her a $20 I expect you to bring my change back and then I will give you your tip. I really thought it was rude. I guess if she needed the money that she can have it but we...
