The service here is absolutely horrendous. I went on a rainy Thursday night. I placed a mobile order at 10:09. When I arrived at the store, there was only one car ordering at the drive-through. They pulled forward, and I pulled up, and the person inside told me they were only taking cash. This was around 10:20. I told him I had a mobile order and was told to pull around. The car in front of me sat at the window for 8 minutes, then was told to pull to the front. I pulled up and was asked what my order was, and was told to pull up as well. The guy in front of me sat so long that he got out of his car in the rain to try to go inside. I was a bit more patient because I saw there were only 2 workers as far as I could see. After realizing it was 10:45 I pulled around and saw what was obviously my order sitting on the counter. No workers were around until another person came from the back (3 workers). After he came 2 minutes later the original person came and gave me my order without saying a word. All In I spent a little over 30 minutes in a burger king drive-thru due to lazy workers. God has blessed that young lady with the heart of Palms… Her voice is 10/10 the professionalism in Her voice exceeded my expectations. Once my husband and I got up to the window she had an amazing smile. This is what we look forward to in customer service!!! We ordered 6 meals so we knew we had to wait. She asked us to park while we wait for our food. You can tell they was getting busy because once I glanced up two other cars parked. Now I don’t condone ignorance, but clearly the inside was closing down the young lady start taking out the trash, now why would people walk in to a business that’s closing the inside down to be disrespectful? Now I’m no spring chicken but all my 45 years of living you don’t do that.. because you might just get it right back.. BRAVO!!!!! Give MISS IZZY A RAISE SHE DESERVES THAT. She protected everyone in that store and that’s someone I can trust in my business. Food was fresh, we waited only maybe 10/12 mins and plus we got Crowns! Read moreI’m gonna call corporate to make sure they know what type of an employee they hired at OST/Holcombe Location. Wayne is the most impatient, rude, and unprofessional employee there. He should not be dealing with customers and most definitely shouldn’t be taking orders for a fast food (Burger King). His attitude IS VERY UGLY and the supervisor actually heard him as I was trying to place my order. My money is most definitely not worth that type of service. I’m not a disrespectful person and I’m always positive and pleasant. I didn’t do nothing to him but drive up and try to place an order but was indecisive if I want a frozen drink or not. If he doesn’t like his job than he needs to find another than to interact with people in a public establishment dealing with people’s food. This is the beginning of 2024 New Year and people shouldn’t have to deal with that type of negative energy.
