Good chops small chops — Restaurant in Houston

Save your self the trouble and go to HONEY KAZ any place but here! Worst service and small chops I ever had in Houston . Placed order over the phone more than an hour before arriving . When I arrived they conveniently “couldn’t find my order “ a guy came out and started lying to us about packing the order ,basically they made my order when I arrived and instead of telling the truth lied the whole time . To make matters worst they kept telling us it’s coming every five minutes ! And we waited another whole hour and a half in there pick up location just for them to tell me there is no puff puff or mosa for my order ! Then the guy claimed he was giving me extra chicken to substitute not having mosa or puff puff in my order , only to find out I was eating chicken suya that was raw and the beef suya was tough and flavorless . Yesterday, I went to pick up an order from your restaurant about 30 minutes after my scheduled pick-up time. When I arrived, I was informed that my food was not ready and hadn’t even been started. An employee explained that a gas outage caused delays. However, I noticed someone else successfully picking up their order as I walked in.

I was initially told it would take an hour to prepare my food, but shortly after, I received a call saying it would be ready in just 15 minutes. When I got home, I found that the puff puff was raw, and the suya and egg rolls were undercooked.

This experience was incredibly disappointing, especially since I suspected that rushing the preparation would lead to issues. Unfortunately, I was proven right.

We made the drive from downtown to this spot because my friends were craving Suya, and I’m so glad we did! It was my first time trying Suya, and it was incredibly delicious with just the right amount of heat. Sherif, one of the staff members, went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. His kindness and attention to detail truly stood out.
