Kinderworld Academy — Local services in Houston

My daughter has been attending Kinderworld since last year and she loves it! The teachers always show concern for the well-being of the children and also keep the parents informed. The owners are wonderful and really work with the parents to tend to their children's needs. Ex: I forgot to tell them it was early dismissal and I remembered and called them! Ms. Hayfa responded quickly and picked my child up without hesitation! At the other daycare she was in, if that happened they'd say "we have other kids to pick up we can't pick her up!" And I'd have to figure it out!! I am very pleased with this daycare and the owner, Ms. Hayfa has gone above and beyond to accommodate my child's pick up in the event that an emergency occurs. I am very satisfied with the daycare and my daughter really loves it as well! As well, they always keep the daycare clean and tidy and the children are separated based on age group not bunched over in one room like at the other daycare she was in! (Which is why I switched her over because at the other daycare they'd put all the age groups together in one room and the big kids were hitting the little kids) it got to the point my daughter was scared to go to that other daycare and no child should ever have to feel that way!! I do not recommend this daycare. It has a troubling history of mistreating children, and many negative reviews seem to have been removed or hidden.

In 2022, my child attended this daycare, and I personally witnessed a staff member mistreating an infant. The employee didn’t realize I was behind her, and I saw her forcefully shove a bottle into the baby’s mouth. I immediately withdrew my child and told the owner what I had seen, insisting that the parent of that infant be informed. I also observed another staff member grab a young boy by the arm and pull him roughly. When I questioned the owner, he claimed it was acceptable because the child was autistic and “sometimes excessive force is needed.” I found that explanation completely unacceptable and concerning. The daycare also lacks any meaningful educational or play activities — most of the time, the children just eat, watch TV, and nap. Several parents told me that positive online reviews are encouraged through promotions or incentives from the daycare, which raises further concerns about transparency. Please be very careful when considering this daycare. In my experience, it is not a safe or nurturing environment...

Walked in this daycare to get a tour . I could hear the screams from the teachers outside the door before main door was opened. I’ve seen The driver to this daycare and with kids in the car , she’s on her phone . Once inside there was too many kids for the amount of teachers . The ratio for teacher :student did not seem right . I thought I give this daycare a try since it seemed to have good reviews , but once I went inside it was dirty and teachers just didn’t seem professional. Upon looking closely to reviews I realized most of them seem fake and people reviewing only have one review? Hmm interesting. Nevertheless, I would do a close research on this facility before dropping your kids off here . Not for me . Reply to owners: Um no yes it is this facility.
