Great spot for an expertly dialed in smashburger experience. I've been wanting to try Hotline burger for a year+ but their flagship location was out of the way for me, but when I saw they were opening up in Chinatown I was thrilled. So worth the wait. We got the Hotline Burger and Classic Burger on this visit. Burger patties were perfectly lacy and crispy(and halal too!), toppings were fresh and delicious (no shelf stable pickles here!), And the potato bun was airy and delicate. Garlic fries were crispy bites of heaven. Staff was awesome. I'm picky about my burgers, and Hotline Burger does it right! Can't wait...
