is it possible to give a negative???

this used to be my favorite place to go. but never again will I give them my money.

I bought a cup of ginger milk tea. my son handed me the cup, the cup buckled as it was transferred.

All the moron can say is "what do you want me to do about it?" and tried to blame me saying that it was because the cup was hot and I squeezed it. really??? 1st of all, I didn't squeeze the cup!! 2nd of all, as a customer, I should not have to worry about how I hold a cup. you obviously knew there was a problem and it's not the first time it happened. didn't warn me that it would buckle. kept saying the drink is hot. I hope so! I ordered it hot! but not once have any of my hot drinks buckled at any other place I purchased from.

not only did this guy try to put blame on me for the crap of a cup that was used but not one single apology...oh, hold on...he didn't feel he did anything wrong. you are darn lucky that the drink didn't burn me or my son when the cup buckled!

you just lost a loyal customer! and by the way, I will also pass the word on about how bad your customer...

Workers get lazy close to closing time, or are just not friendly. I am a customer coming in to relax. Didn't even get a thank you for buying here. Will not come again. Also, I told them that I couldn't eat dairy, so they offered to change my hot chocolate that had dairy milk in it. Not quite sure if they even changed it for me or just gave me the same cup. Not a lot of options for people who do not eat dairy, one star for the matcha toast being decent enough. Wasn't as good as last time I had it though, and it took a LONG time. Pretty sure I had to wait for 30 minutes or more for some toasted bread...C'mon!... Please work on your customer service here. Just go the Vege buffet next door, more options for desert there. It's too bad bc I really like this place before...but seems like the...

Located in the same plaza as Hokkaido. I've studied here a few times. Although, it's not an ideal place to study because it can crowded as people are coming in but most end up leaving. So, it's not too bad. There's plenty of tables and comfy chairs for a good study session. Just avoid sitting by the door. They have outlet by most tables.

I usually get a mango tea which is pretty okay. However, lately my favorite drink has been their rose milk tea. I love the smell and the bits of roses on the bottom is so sweet. I also tried their popcorn chicken bento box. Their rice is a bit soggy. It comes with green beans, bean sprouts, and an egg. I think I prefer their snacks such as squid balls and plain popcorn chicken. One thing about this place is that their prices are...

This place is a classic of Houston Chinatown. They have been around a while and you can't even tell cause they actually spent some dollars to update the place. We got the spicy chicken nuggets combo and the braised pork rice combo. Both were good, I think the spicy chicken nuggets has a nice crisp and spicy coating which is very authentically Taiwanese. The braised pork rice is a bit on the sweet side. For $11 dollars a combo, you get food and a drink, which is a pretty good deal!

I ordered a coffee ice blend drink with tapioca and an extra shot of espresso. My drink tasted soo bad I had to come back and ask for a refund (tasted like old instant coffee with boiled tap water). The owner said no matter how bad it tastes he will not give anyone their money back. Be careful when ordering. There is a sign on the door. The front desk person was very nice and helped make me something different but I gave the drink away. I wouldn’t recommend what I ordered.

Honestly, I would give this place five stars just for taking my reusable boba bottle. The snacks are really good - I always recommend the chicken nuggets and crispy tofu at max spiciness. The “classic” milk tea with tapioca are taro coconut with tapioca my go-to’s here. The service seems to be very nice and I always recommend this place to my friends!
