Absolutely the best customer service experience I have had in years. I have been trying to get an Xbox series x for weeks now. Today while at work I called another GameStop to see if they had one, which they did not. However, they did let me know that this GameStop might have one. So I called and was pleasantly surprised to find one. Excited, I headed straight there after work. When I arrived, Isaac, who I had spoken to on the phone, was there. He showed me the Xbox and talked to me about all the options. He even got my GameStop card renewed so that I could get a discount. He even talked to me about different games and options for the Xbox. He let me know that one game I wanted was only available digitally. After setting me up with everything I needed, he also offered the warranty option to me. Normally, I do not get warranties, but after talking to Isaac about what would happen if I needed to replace my system (which was already hard to come by), I felt that it was a good investment. That alone would have been an amazing customer service situation. However, I also experienced major difficulties with my bank while trying to make this purchase. All the while, Isaac keep my purchase ready for me and helped me to finally get my card to work. Overall 10/10 best GameStop experience in my life. After I called someone home to text me the receipt from the shipping box we received. The dude called like 3 numbers, finding excuses not to take the return. In the end just told me it's a bundle item (which btw was itemized on their receipt as separate item and was paid for at full retail price) so it can't be returned. This btw was just one of the 4 items in thr bundle. I kept the other 3. Meanwhile Best Buy, walmart and Amazon have never given me any issue with returns ever.
