Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Houston

I mean obviously it's not five star food in the overall pantheon of food, but as far as Jack In The Box is concerned, this is about as good as Jack In The Box can be expected to be. This is five stars in terms of Jack in the Box specifically.

I live between two Jack in the Boxes. This one always gets everything right, and does a little bit extra, and makes their food better, and has fantastic service, and is super fast.

Meanwhile, the other Jack in the Box (on Gessner) is the worst run place I've ever been to.

If you want to go to Jack In The Box, and you live close to the one on Gessner, spend the extra 5 minutes to drive to this one. This one is basically run like a completely different restaurant.

The one on Gessner is slow, has god-awful service, get stuff wrong, make stuff incorrectly, gives you stuff that's cold, fails to get your order sometimes, won't respond to the speaker, it's a dirty store, it's super run down, ....It's awful.

Meanwhile, this Jack in the Box on the Beltway is super efficient, super clean, nicely lit, always gets your order right, makes everything correctly, apologizes if they can't do some sort of thing that the app promised, etc etc. This Jack in the Box gets everything right. I couldn't really ask for more from a Jack in the Box.

The vast difference between the two locations is ludicrous. You shouldn't give the Jack in the Box on Gessner a cent. If you want Jack in the Box, come to...

Horrible service, went here on a Sunday bc the Chick-fil-A was closed and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal the order was prepared rather quickly so I checked my food the fries were not hot so I asked for some that were the guy is like uhhhhhhh ok so I hand him back the fries he takes them w no gloves walk over to the fry machine and pour them back on top of the other fries mix them up and put them back inside and brings them back no bag or anything and hands them right back to me like I couldn’t see him and the crazy part is that even those fries were still cold and I was just shocked that he did this I just shook my head bc Covid is still around I just couldn’t believe he took those fries from me and poured them right back inside the fryer not even the grease the area where u dump the fries when they come out so this was so disgusting I didn’t even want the food anymore cause if he was just this comfortable being unsanitary like that I don’t want to know what he does when u...

Worst jack in a box i have ever been to, the lady in drive through adeline i believe her name was, literally so impatient i wasn’t even finished ordering before she was already trying to push me to the window, than i asked her for 2 buttermilks she then proceeded to tell me they charge okay no problem i’ll take 1 then and she told me no :/ like i have no problem paying for a butter milk she really needs to listen when they’re talking to her, i then asked for alot of taco sauce she gave me 2 packets i then asked for 5 more to be specific for her and idk if she was trying to be petty or what but she handed me 3 more and i usually don’t leave reviews or be a karen but for someone to really get a bad review outta me she really needs to listen, I was excited to try there new chicken wraps and was very disappointed the tortilla was so hard as if they left it out in the cold, When i say i will never come to this jack in a box again,...
