My boyfriend and I visited the store, and while the staff was kind, they were very pushy. We prefer a shopping experience where we’re greeted, asked if we need help, and then left to browse. Instead, they continuously made suggestions without mentioning prices, which felt a bit overwhelming. In the end, he spent over $500, and despite the large purchase, there was no effort to offer anything extra, even something small like a pair of socks.
