The highlight, though, has to be the choripán (Argentinian sausage sandwich). Juicy, smoky chorizo on a fresh roll, topped with chimichurri — it’s a simple dish, but they nailed it! The chimichurri sauce had the perfect balance of garlic, parsley, and tanginess, making it the ideal complement.

Wow... did not expect a food truck to have such delicious food! I ordered the Pampita. The meat was cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful! The portion was quite generous. There are clean tables and chairs to sit and enjoy your food, however, due to the Houston heat we decided to eat in our car with a/c. We also ordered the beef empanadas, which were also amazing.
