Poor service, poor customer service, poor management. I can understand getting orders wrong even though it seems like it's a repetitive service they offer whether you like it or not. The root of the poor service is poor management. The employees and management have ZERO care in correcting your order and they are combative as well. I asked for my money back once the employees and manager showed poor decision making in how they handle paying customers. They refused to take my order back and refused to refund my money. I'm baffled as how they think that someone would use their app for ordering, still stay in a long line to pick up their order(curbside pick up denied/not allowed) and get right back in line to be treated inappropriately. Baffled in why they think someone would pay an upgrade and not get what they paid for, on top of not getting your full order, get in line , and still go home to serve COLD food to their family. I have deleted the app, and my family of 6 will take our service elsewhere. Read moreI went to the drive-through and ordered a couple of things. One of them being a chicken bowl. I didn't check the bag trusting they can put a simple order together. Once I got home I realized it wasn't there. I stopped by the next day letting them know. I thought they would replace it. They wanted the receipt to even believe me and I had thrown it away the same day of the order when I was exiting their parking lot in the trashcan they have there. Even tho it was the same girl at the window she wanted the receipt. I told them I could pull it up in my bank account statement, they can also check their cameras, and close out of the day before. She had the assistant manager come and take my name so I could go the following day for it. Every time I did all of a sudden the "manager" wasn't there. Since they couldn't just replace a simple little thing I just all around stop going to this location. I spent more time and gas trying to get my order completed. Yuli (that's the name on the receipt) gave me the coffee while my food was still cooking. I took a big sip and got nothing but straight caramel syrup. it was disgusting and intense. when she came back to give me the food I told her that she needed to stir the coffees more before giving it to the customer. she said "you need to shake it because the syrup goes to the bottom." I told her "no, YOU should shake it before you give it to the customer." she said "I already did". I know she didn't, I was the one that had to swallow the mouth full of intense caramel syrup. its hard to "shake" coffee without spilling it all over your car. so people, please "shake" your iced coffees, because Yuli wont do it for you.
