Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Houston

My wife and daughter love The blizzards and ice cream sandwiches. However I have become bitter due to lack of ingredients. Why advertise new blizzards if you don’t have the items to make them? 3 orders in a row I have been denied a new blizzard flavor. Tonight was the last straw. I ordered our ice cream treats and then 45 minutes later I received a call from Dairy Queen that they could not make my blizzard but could make the other two desserts. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION: UPDATE: Tonight, yet another order order was messed up. Combative employee working drive thru. Went back to return food that obviously wasn't fresh, and charged for not one, but two extra gravy's and breads. She had the nerve to ask me to bring back the gravy if I wanted a refund, even after I drove all the way back there. She acts like she owns the business. No apologies, no nothing but excuses. She also claims that the phone number listed on the receipts doesn't work, after calling several times when I got home.

Horrible service, it does even deserve a one star. I have been sitting at this window for over 30 minutes, the lady inside has yet to come to the window to say anything. I use to love Dairy Queen, but with this Absolutely poor, Rude, service, especially this location, I will never come back.
