I used to visit this location regularly, when my family would even come from out of town we made sure to visit here before they would get back on the road. I decided to take my mom here for Mother’s Day this past weekend and vowed to never come here again, we were told it was going to be an hour to an hour and a half wait for a table of 9 (5 kids under the age of 12 and 4 adults). About 10 minutes in nobody was in the waiting area but us I asked the guy host I believe he’s the manager but I asked where we were on the list because we were the only people waiting, he then confirmed we were the only ones on the list. 4 families came in back to back and all were seated immediately and he stated they were a party of 6 and 7 so for us he needed two more seats. My brothers wife told him we would just use two tables if it would help get seated faster there were kids 3-11 and they were all getting cranky at this point and we weren’t offered water or anything I had to ask for crayons for my 3 year old daughter just the worst service I have ever experienced by the guy again I believe he is the manager at this location but he is the sole reason I will never be returning to this restaurant ever. After three more parties sat before us we decided to leave and as we were leaving he said they were cleaning the tables (just a complete joke) and we ended up at the new flying biscuit location by memorial city and they’re a 10/10 way better service and much better food with a great environment. Le peep lost a family that has been visiting this exact location for over 5 years (we even know the waiters and tip well everytime we get one of the two guys) but because of who they have in the front is so HORRIBLE I promise I will never be back he is the worst I have...
Read moreThis old or reused looking fruit slice is what I got served at this Le Peep location! This morning I decided to try Le Peep, and asked for the three cheese omelette and a waffle. Upon receiving my plate I noticed that the slice of lemon didn't look right. I decided to ask for the manager to question the freshness of this lemon slice. I was told that this is an orange slice, and that the manager was busy but they'll call her as I've requested. The manager arrived fairly quick, I explained my concern, and that I tried to ignofruthe slide of orange until I finished my plate (I don't like wasting food) "It looks like this because it was prepared it in the morning, I'll speak with them to pay more attention... Can I get you anything else?* I looked at the time and it was around 11 a.m. which didn't make any sense, a slice of orange won't look this old in just 5 hours! I said no thanks, and she left. Things happen, but the least you'd expect to hear from the manager of a nice restaurant is "sorry about that" or "I'll make sure you're happy the next time" I didn't hear that or anything that would imply that she's concerned about a customer leaving her location unsatisfied! To tell the truth their food tasted good, but... Considering that this is a restaurant that focuses on "freshness" as their main attraction, looking at a welted slice of orange that's meant to serve as a visual element isn't something that anyone needs to see on their plate, besides, the manager's handling of the situation is sub par to what you'd expected from an establishment that markets it self as an upscale restaurant. I can say that my first visit to Le Peep was very...
Read moreI have visited this location 2x the first visit was good. Food is great, but the server took very long to attend to our table. No big deal I thought it's Saturday morning brunch. My second time on the other hand was completely horrible. Nothing to do with the food because they have that down great. I got the same server as the first visit. She again took very long to check on us no water refills. On this vist I was still a little hungry so I wanted to order two sunny side eggs. Like I mentioned our server never came back to our table so I got up walked to the side kitchen and asked to order two eggs. I even brought my dirty dishes to them I spoke to a gentle man that was wearing a white bottom down shirt. When I told him I wanted to order more eggs I mistakenly told him I wanted scrambled when I realized I turned back around and walked back and said "hey I'm sorry I meant to say sunnyside." I was so shocked to that when I turned around he rolled his eyes like he was annoyed that I was coming back to him. His response to me was I will get your waitress to get that order for you. Told him the whole reason I walked over there to place an order was because our waitress never came back to our table. At this point I was so upset the one he rolled his eyes and seemed annoyed. I told him forget about it I just wanted to pay and leave. I am not asking for a free meal, but an apology would have been nice. The gentleman that we spoke with said he was the...
