I recently ordered a 3D crystal from ArtPix 3D for a colleague who was leaving the company, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! We were on a tight deadline, but the customer service team, especially Keaton, went above and beyond to assist me at every step. Whether through email or phone calls, they were always accessible and provided clear answers to all my questions.

Once the 3D frame was made, they shipped it via two-day delivery. Unfortunately, USPS didn't deliver it on time, and with the employee set to leave the country, I was worried. However, ArtPix 3D came to the rescue—they made a brand-new one, didn’t charge me for it, and overnighted it via FedEx. It arrived just in time, a day before the farewell, and the crystal was a hit! Everyone at work, especially the employee, loved it.

I also want to mention that this wasn't just a standard frame; it was a 360° model with all six faces displaying different views, something they don’t even advertise on the website! Colby was my designer .. what an amazing guy he is!! He was patient with me and all Of my ideas.. lol I had all of these ideas in my head and Colby made things simple for me and gave me an amazing piece of crystal. I ordered on Saturday and my order was ready on Sunday. I wasn’t able To pickup my order until Tuesday and once again I had a great experience with Michael the general manager. Professional he was & he made me feel welcomed. He clean my glass crystal and places it on the lightening so I could proof it before leaving. My eyes were amazed at my 3D crystal piece.
