Sbarro Memorial City — Restaurant in Houston

Every time I come to this place, there is always a problem. I keep giving them chance after chance but after the experience that I had today, I am done. I called in 2 XL, 1 topping pizzas for the $37.99 deal. I added 2 additional toppings for $1.50 each. My total should not have been more than $44. When I get the the register, the lady said the total was over $50. I told her that was incorrect, as I have always ordered the same type of pizzas before. She argued with me that I added 3 toppings, saying that cheese is counted as a toppping???This has NEVER been the case, even when ordering online! Then the heavy set Hispanic manager came over and started arguing with me and after a while told the rude ladies at the register "Give the Bi+%# one topping off" in Spanish! I was livid and this is NOT ok! When my husband went to address him, he acted like he didn't speak English! I will never patronize this business again. Sbarro needs to hire a whole new staff because those workers are always rude. Just like the other reviews states. To call someone out of their name should be grounds for...

so i was there at 10:55AM, asking if I can order some food to go. The guy sitting behind the desk very impolitely mumbled something that I couldn't understand and I repeated my question a few more times and finally figured out he said we open at 11. I am ok with that. What I am NOT ok with is that immediately after I stepped away from the counter to wait for the 5-minute time, a lady came up and asked for a few slices of pizza from the same guy and this guy was all smiling and attentive and gave her the food immediately and processed her payment (she wan't picking up an online order or something as I saw she selected the pizza and paid there). I came here on 12/21 and tried to get my pizza delivered because I work in the mall and I never received. The Manager Steve was rude and the worker that tried to deliver my food was rude as well 😡 and wouldn’t tell me his name ( I don’t know why he was so scared ) I didn’t get a apology for them not delivering my pizza or anything and by the time I got there it was well over 2 hrs that I was waiting. My experience is to long to write the customer service skills are so terrible neither one of them should have a position within the company. If I could leave no stars I would TERRIBLE...
