Wow! Customer service was beyond amazing! Derrick stayed on the phone with me while I completed my online order and when an error on the order came up he took it upon himself to make sure my food got to me ! I can’t stress enough how great Derrick was throughout my whole process! He made great recommendations and the was always extra helpful! My food arrived in perfect condition and I’m looking forward to eating each and every one of my meals. I’ll be here in Texas for a couple weeks on business so having a healthy and delicious meal everyday of my stay means the world to me! Everyone needs to try this place out it’s a 5 star experience! Great place to get health oriented grab and go meals, snacks, and beverages, especially if you have dietary restrictions. The staff is very friendly, and very helpful; great service! The food is delicious, and made fresh daily before it is sent out. The portion sizes may be small for some, but are adequate in my opinion. The cost is a little high, but reasonable for the quality you are getting, and comparable to other healthcentric food options. They have a good variety of foods and are on the right track however, 95% of all meals are extremely high in sodium. They say it’s so the food can have a longer shelf life because salt is a natural preservative. However, when most of your meals have over 1000 mg of sodium each I would trade a shorter shelf life for a healthier, lower sodium meal. A diet high in sodium can lead to a host of health problems. Sadly, someone who has high blood pressure cannot enjoy these meals. MyFitFoods has figured this balance out. My hope is that snap kitchen can learn from MyFitFoods because it would be nice to have more places to choose...
