Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Houston

I’ve never had much of an issue with this location. I mean yea sometimes they forgot to give me a dip or something but nothing crazy. Til today. I got my pizza. Ordered it on the mobile app (as I have done on 3 other occasions). Didn’t even think about it, just grabbed my pizza, breadsticks, drink and left as I was in a hurry.

Got in my car and got home. Which took me about 5 mins to do. Went to pick up the pizza out of my front seat and the whole seat was wet. The bottom of the box was soggy. THE PIZZA WAS RAW. The entire center of the pizza is all raw dough (only the “crust” was partially cooked.) The toppings were COLD and the cheese wasn’t even melted all the way. To top it off, the pizza wasn’t even the right ingredients, that I’d asked for.

Can we PLEASE pay better attention to detail (the online order was pretty clean cut and to the point as far as ingredients and I mean... a RAW pizza?! That’s common sense.)???

All I can say is I won’t be going to this location again and I’m glad I at least got some bread sticks.. they were cooked and since I had to throw the pizza out, I at least had...

our experience was very ugly and unfortunate. we paid for 4 pizza for a gathering at my house. We paid for 2 of Peperonii and 2 of cheese online and they gave us the code to go pick them up. when I get to little Cesar's place. to pick up my order the surprise closed because they had no water. and they did not give me any solution about my request, they just ignored me and there were 3 people there cleaning and nobody attended to me and solved this. where are my pizzas? Or where is my order that I already paid or are they going to return my money? surprise NOTHING HAPPENED. NO PIZZA, NO REFUND. NO SOLUTION. SO SAD to know that according to there is better service if you pay online. It's worse because NOBODY wants to answer you. When you arrive to pick up your order that you have already paid and it is closed and nobody wants to attend and answer you. They took our money. and today a day later. that they couldn't do anything because you didn't pay directly there but online. and that they couldn't help you. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OR ITS...

Avoid this Little Caesars.

Closest Little Caesars to my house. So, I come here more often than I'd like to. Rarely actually have a hot and ready... Well... Ready.

Right now, I've been standing in this store for over 20 minutes waiting on a $5 pizza. Was told it would be ready in 10 minutes, after I'd already paid for it. I've been tempted to leave for a good 7-8 minutes now but have decided to wait it out and see exactly how long it's going to take them to get me my single pizza that was supposed to be ready before I walked in the door.

I'll update with the total.

Update: the funny thing is they have a while bunch of employees in the back. Few seen to be doing anything. None appear to be making pizzas.

Update 2: I'm not being asked by people coming in how long I've been waiting. I've been honest. It's now been 30 minutes. People are turning around and walking out as soon as they hear that.

Update 3: Grand total... 35 minutes for my hot and ready. Really wish they'd told me before I paid that they were having the ingredients shipped...
