This has got to be the absolute worst Marco’s pizza we have ever had! My family and I are in from out of town and staying at a hotel close to the airport. We ordered for delivery at 7:24 with an eta of 7:54. We waited until 8:04 before calling and asking for the status of our order. We were told that are order is made and sitting there waiting for a DoorDash driver. What?!?! I ordered for delivery from Marcos. Not DoorDash. Anyway… was told that they couldn’t give us an eta on our order. Our order ends up being delivered at 8:54. #1 An hour and a half after we placed the order. #2 We were missing our drinks with no way of getting drinks because we are In a hotel with no transportation. #3 our food was completely cold and Missing simple things that we put in the order like ranch dressing and Parmesan packets. When we called to get the issue addressed we spoke to someone who put us on hold 4-5 times before telling us the only thing she can refund us for are our drinks. We politely asked to speak to a supervisor, then she began getting extremely rude and unprofessional which led to her hanging up on me several times over the next 15 minutes. Read moreWe love Marco's Pizza and switched to using them all the time over the last few years, but today we hit an issue where we got the wrong item (Wings, should have been bone-out but we got bone-in).
I called in and ask for a re-delivery of the item, but the store manager refused and said I could come pick it up... (horrible suggestion. You never waste someone else's time for your mistake. Poor management.)... or they would give a store credit.
So not only does that FORCE me to use the store again to access my money, but a family member is also out food for the night and have to make other plans and spend even more money.
Very poor management. Poor decision making. Does not put the customer first. Next time, you take the loss... it was your mistake, and you make it right and re-deliver the items that was wrong. This makes it sound like they aren't paying for a delivery driver (was door-dashed originally) and are struggling. Store Manager: Hire a driver. You're a pizza place and it's a Saturday night.
After we use this 'Credit' we will likely stop using this store/location because of the poor management. Great staff though, and good food. Just a really bad experience...

So now we have to order from the fuqua( new location) and I hate to say but since day 1 my 1st order/delivery was a horrible experience. Stopped ordering from there. Time past gave them a few more chances and 2 other time everything was ok so Saturday 8/23/25 order a pizza and said 35/40 min delivery. It came and went and nothing. 1 hrs later called location and s/w Phillip she said yeah sorry they don't have drivers and ask doordssh to pick up but Noone had oked to come get it. And then say ill go drop it off personally myself!!!!!wth u mean NOW you want to come drop it off!!!! I hr agao you knew it needed to be delivered so why didnt you come delivery it then?!!
